Just went here with our two toddler boys and we will definitely be back! Went to Thursday’s «Open Bounce» and we were the only customers. One free adult for each paying child so all four of us (mom and dad included) could play and have fun. The party room is a super festive, semi-​private room. There is even a small play area with toddler toys so older siblings can jump and younger siblings can play too. Well worth a visit.

Because my previous review was mostly based on the behavior of the then owner I have decided to remove the negative rating. The current owner has contacted me and gone out of her way to try to correct the mistakes made before she ever owned this business and that is something rare to find in this day and age. We will be sure to update again after we go bounce!

I just… LOVE this place.
I’ve noticed since new Management took over (?), they’ve had regular «Bounce» hours, and this has been a plus…
Pros:
* Many of the same kids have been there, my son has built friendships
* They have WIFI; They understand a happy parent, keeps their kids there longer.
* Flat screen TV, with a remote, that no one ever seems to be using… Yay!
* Super Clean! It always has a sanitized smell, and I always see someone cleaning

Cons:
* They double as a rental company, so their hours are limited.
Overall, It’s just a nice place for your kid to get exercise, get rid of energy, and for parents to just… relax.
… And It’s always nice to patronize a worthy, small business!

This place is awesome! So fun, super clean, everyone was so nice and accommodating to all of our party’s high maintenance needs. We had such a great time and will be back for sure! What a find this was!
