These ribs are great they are really delicious I do have a complaint that their to boney and to not have that much meat as expected of me but still it’s great I really think this place is great they just need to find the most meatiest pigs because I expect people to eat the meat not the meat or the bone but anyways these are great ribs

Had the pleasure of having some finger-​licking good ribs from here, during our visit to the Reno Rib Fest. These were my favorite ribs, by far! And we tried almost all the vendors at the Rib Fest.
The sauce was drool-​worthy, and the meat was perfectly grilled — tender enough to easily get off the bone, but not sliding off of it.
I wish that they had a store here in the Bay Area where I live, because the BBQ here is extremely lacking.

Phil and the team were awesome. Just used them on a remote jobsite in Nevada on extremely short notice for around 30 people. They showed up with everything ready to go exactly on time and delivered the best BBQ I have had. I will definitely be using these guys for any and all catering events that come up in the future. It would be a mistake to use anyone other than Carson City BBQ Co. for your event!

Carson City BBQ is a great catering company! The food was wonderful! The prime rib and ribs were melt-​in-​your-​mouth delicious! The staff was friendly and professional. My guests raved about the food. They brought all of their own equipment and supplies, and cleaned up after themselves. They were easy to reach in the planning phase and always returned phone calls. I will always use Carson City BBQ for future events.

Great food, bad business. These guys catered our event and were a nightmare to deal with. Most phone calls and just about all emails went unreturned. Quotes were convoluted and they threatened to not show up after we didn t pay on time because they never responded to more than 5 attempts to get an updated quote. Then they showed up 2 hours later than they said they would. I d love to eat their food again, but I d never use them again for one of my events.
