Coldwell Banker Select

Had Select represent us for 2 months and got nothing but push back, no actions and mistakes one after another .
Worse I had potential tenants tell me that they won’t deal with Select as they took days to deal with bathroom flooding issues.
Even a simple key delivery took 3 weeks, 10+ emails where we played where is the key. What a joke! We finally got an envelope where they put key and through us post. Machinery ripped the envelope.
Asked for tracking number to get absolute silence.
These guys are paid by salary, so they have absolutely zero interest when it comes to your property.
List goes on and on, it got so serious regional manager had to get involved.
Another question why can’t common sensical pros handle basic asks.
I am going to file complaints with CEO as I have lost 2 months of my time, money and frustration with these horrid unprofessional and inaction behavior

Coldwell Banker Properties is unethical and violates NRS laws on normal wear and tear… for such a large rental property in a small city, they are lacking in moral standing… after living there for one year and making multiple improvements on the property, along with no damage to any parts of the home asides form normal wear and tear. Terry Carlson has the audacity to bill me above the entire $ 900 deposit received at move in and some… thankfully I have been in legal matters of such shady activity in the past and will be able and willing to make right of the wrong… I had many rumors prior to renting from this company and would highly recommend anyone to reconsider renting here… also Terry Carlson is very rude having the nerve to enter my premises and leave a dirty letter on my counter stating that I am not allowed to store my sporting equipment in my garage… without adequate storage in the home… and the fact I am paying rent… my garage is none of Terry Carlsons business…
