This is such a great bank. The employees are so courteous, friendly, helpful, professional, and they go out of their way to show that they appreciate you banking with them. They know my name when they see me walk up to their line and I leave feeling happy every time. I’ve witnessed them treat everyone they see in this respectful manner. It’s contagious, and everyone in line ends up being more patient, courteous, respectful, and friendlier as a result. Keep it up ladies and gentlemen at the US Bank at Smith’s! I really appreciate it.
