Went here this morning for breakfast per suggestion from a few people around town. The good: Service was exceptional Clean atmosphere with new matching furniture and nice paint job. Price was inexpensive if you’re looking for a cheap meal(4.95 for a breakfast burrito and 6.95 for a veggie omelet). The bad: The price is cheap for a reason, poor quality food all around. Hashbrowns tasted like they were fried in the deep frier to the point of cremation and absolutely full of frier grease. Breakfast burrito which was supposed to contain eggs, cheese, bells, onions, sour cream and guac and chorizo(choice of ham, bacon, sausage or chorizo). Came with eggs(assumed egg beaters), cheese(cheap gross excuse for chedder), some onions and little chunks of tomato and what I assumed was italian sausage? Not chorizo, there was no sour cream or guac, no bells and seemed like it was fried off in grease from the deep fryer again then microwaved to melt the cheese(lots of cheese grease that you get from waving it). Omelet was just plain gross and flavorless, again I think they might use egg beaters. We had plans to go to Reno earlier today and now have been side tracked back to the house for a few unplanned bathroom stops. Won’t eat here ever again, won’t tell people to eat here and am all around sad that another potentially good diner in Carson has succumb to cheap poor quality crap that they continue to stand behind and the people of Carson tolerate.
