Unfriendly staff, unknowlegable doctor and doesnt f/​u with patients. Comes in to check vitals and does almost nothing. Gives you the meds and out the door! Shows no compassion for the situation! If you are looking for a good doctor. look elsewhere! I did… and glad we made the right decision.

My second time here, horrible follow up with services. I had an appointment and waited for 1 ½ hours still not seen. Had to leave, no communication of how long it will be or effort with apologizing for the wait. I only came in since wanted to follow up with referrals/​not given reason why no response. Or why no one made a contact. After waiting already 35mins and sharing my frustration, I still was sent to wait another hour. I just had another errand to run and couldn’t wait. Never even saw the doctor come out. Definitely not coming back.

Staff have been very nice and helpful. But, the whole system sucks. If you are a walk-​in you have to wait after 2 patient appointments before they see you. I guess it’s only fair. (I would have made an appt but, it wouldn’t be till March). If it wasn’t for the fact that I needed a Dr’s note, I would have gone to a Minute Clinic. What’s worse is that I came not too long after it opened (around 9) and the Dr didn’t even come in till 11. This sucks. NEVER AGAIN.

Well Ive only seen her on three ocassions in the spand of two years now and the lady doesn’t really talk she just repeats whatever you say. Its almost like visiting a psychiatrist that only writes stuff down and does absolutely nothing about your problems. I dont know where she got her training from but I can tell you a good doctor anywhere is a rare find unfortunately she is not one of the good ones. Oh and she has catholic shrines everywhere in the building for what I dont know.
