I am very happy with the quality of work done by All Points Carpet Care. They took care of the dirt and nasty stains in the carpet. Very professional and trustworthy (I had a lot of expensive stuff lying around in the house while carpet cleaning was being done). Highly Recommended!

I love Monica and Martin! They have been cleaning my carpets, upholstery and garage for years! They are always dependable and so easy to work with. My carpets are always perfect after they come. We had two nice natural dyed wool area rugs, and a delicate cotton rug that needed cleaning. They explained the procedure necessary for each one, and did a great job. Rugs look new! Pick up and delivery as well.

Absolutely the best. Martin and Monica are simply a property manager’s dream. They have solved many move in/​move out nightmare cleaning jobs for my buildings. I have never dealt with anyone as reliable or as thorough as this team. They work wonders and have excellent customer satisfaction skills, treating each job with very careful attention to detail.

We have for years had very expensive wool carpeting that has never been cleaned. We were told by the retailer that sold us the carpet that it should never be cleaned because cleaning would cause damage and/​or discoloration. Although the carpet is still in great condition, over the past 10+ years, our kids in particular have done some serious damage in terms of dirt, stains, etc. My wife and I were getting to the point that we were starting to look at purchasing all new carpeting. However, the replacement cost was staggering. Martin came very highly recommended by several different friends who have used Martin over the past several years. Our friends universally agreed that Martin was not just a cleaner of carpets and other surfaces but instead someone who was extremely knowledgeable and passionate not only about textiles and materials, but also about cleaning methods, equipment and supplies. So, we decided to give Martin a call. Needless to say, everything we were told was true. Martin confidently explained that pretty much all carpeting is capable of being cleaned and it was simply a matter of understanding the right method and using minimal water. He also said that it isn’t uncommon for retailers to warn their customers not to clean expensive wool carpeting because they want to protect themselves from the overwhelming majority of run of the mill carpet cleaner out there. Martin then gave us an estimate that was extremely reasonable. On the agreed upon day, Martin arrived on time and he and his colleague did an absolutely amazing job!!! The carpet dried quickly and looked fantastic. And, when I noticed 2 – 3 areas that appeared to be discolored after the carpet dried and called Martin, he came right over. He confidently opined that the carpet was not in any way damaged or discolored but instead the lighter areas were simply a little bit of excess cleaning powder that hadn’t come up in the process. He immediately called his next customer and asked if he could push back his next appointment by an hour, hooked up his equipment, and got right to work. As promised, the areas cleared right up. The carpet looks fantastic! Martin was an absolute professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. He and his colleague were on time, polite, and the charge matched the estimate exactly. We just wish we had found Martin sooner! Without a doubt, Martin should be your go-​to cleaning expert for anyone in the South Bay (Manhattan/​Hermosa/​Redondo) area.

I have been looking for a professional cleaning company for many years. All points came to me on a referral from a local realtor who uses them for a variety of their properties. I asked them for a quote and they came out the same day at an hour that was convenient for me. On the phone Monica was professional and well informed on their services. Their quote came in well below what I had been used to with other such companies. Their work included much more than the carpet cleaning. They were able to remove hard water deposits from shower doors, clean and polish wood and stone flooring, and remove pet stains from a number of areas on a light colored carpet. They are reliable and need very little monitoring to complete the job. I have recommended them to a number of friends and local contractors and everyone seems to be pleased with their work.

I’ve done business with this company a number of times and they are one of the best. I remember a job in Manhattan Beach/​Hermosa Beach that most tile cleaner would not touch, that they handled professionally. Honest, straightforward, knowledgeable. Ive trusted a number of referrals to this company and continue to do so. They are also great at carpet cleaning and home cleaning.

All Points Carpet cleaning did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. We had four bedrooms cleaned and some areas were heavily soiled. Martin explained exactly what he was going to do how long it would take. Carpets look great and almost like new :) Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for carpet cleaning.

All Points Cleaning is amazing. Martin my technician came early. I could not believe we did not have to wait all day to get our carpet cleaned. We have hardwood floors and they protected the floors while they cleaned the carpet. The price was very reasonable. They even moved our heavy bedroom furniture to thoroughly clean the carpet. By the way, our carpet looks new and only took three hours to dry. Thanks for the great experience.

I called and the woman on the phone didn’t know what the fees were when I asked her, so she put me on hold to find out, then she came back and gave me a sq foot price and quoted a general price based on my sq ft. I asked her if anyone could come out that week, and she put me on hold, then came back with «Yes, they could.» I then calculated the sq foot price myself and realized that the price was really high and much higher that she calculated, and asked if they could come out to do an estimate since I live in carson, and she put me on hold for a while, then came back and said that they would charge me for coming out to do a estimate. No thank you… really surprised they have a bunch of great reviews.

All Points cleaned my dining room chairs, couch, and area rug yesterday and they are now sparkling! The area rug & chairs were white and covered in stains; I watched Monica & Martin work so hard to get them looking almost new, I couldn’t believe it! They are very reasonable priced and very professional. I want to shout from the rooftop how great they are!

I have worked with All Points for about two years now. I could not be happier with their services! They are polite, prompt, and fairly priced. The greatest quality about All Points is their attitude. As a pet owner I suffer the constant challenge of keeping my carpets relatively clean and fresh. What with «accidents,» tracked in dirt and skunk attacks, I can personally attest to the FABULOUS service both Monica and Martin offer to customers!
On several occasions they have literally saved the day by showing up to clean my carpets. In one case my dog was sprayed by a skunk and the whole house smelled disgusting. When I called them in a panic they appeared at my door at the end of THEIR busy day and stayed to clean my carpets (sigh of relief) until 9 pm!!!
They were back again yesterday to right the wrongs that our rescued Chihuahua has committed throughout the house and, as if by a miracle, the odor and stains are history!
Don’t waste your good money or precious time cutting a coupon and calling some other bargain steam carpet cleaner!
CALL ALL POINTS and you will thank me!

I really don’t think five stars are enough to rate the excellent service All Points offers.
Meticulous work and reliable performance every time. Their high powered steam cleaners and safe but highly effective cleaning products will leave your carpet, furniture and any dirty surface clean, fresh and like new.
They have been my carpet cleaners for two and a half years and I wouldn’t call anyone else EVER!
