Got whopper combo, 2 for $ 5 chicken sandwiches and a Hershey’s pie. The chicken sandwiches were SO dry! It tasted like cardboard! Not only that, the supposed lettuce in there were like 5 pieces! Lol what a joke.

Definitely gets their fair share of drive– thru traffic… however, dine-in service needs help… fountain soda machines(1 out of order… the other out of syrup)…need to be updated and maintained…

Went to drive through and ordered a spicy Whopper with no cheese. When I received my bag I checked the burger and it had cheese, so I gave the wrapped burger back to the clerk and asked for one with no cheese. Because of the odd way this store is layed out, I was able to watch the person behind the hot stand open the wrap, open the burger ANDWITHHISUNGLOVEDHAND remove/scrape the cheese off the burger! I told the clerk that was unsatisfactory and I wanted a new sandwich, but she stood there looking at me, I swear, as if I had two heads. There were cars behind me and I hate blocking others, so I just drove off. On the road, I called the Burger King 800 number and asked them to take my information and have someone from the management team contact me. 6 days went by and no one called — so I called back. Apparently the complaint had been send back to the unit and a person named«Sylvia» received the complaint and closed the case without taking any action at all… so I asked to be put in touch with someone in BK Corporate — to see if we could find out why a store manager would do that. After being connected to a SUPERVISOR at the Burger King Corporation Customer Service Center I was told, in plain English, that Burger King Corporation does not concern itself with franchised stores and that the only contact BK has is with the manager of that one unit. I then called that unit and asked for the name of the Franchise Operator and their number. I called that number and was told that the franchisor was«a busy man» and could not take time to talk to customers(I kid you not). I was then told that issues about cleanliness and reusing food should be reported to the County Health Department. So that’s it – I pretty much suspect that big companies get to be big because they don’t worry about one customer more or less, but in this case Burger King proved it beyond doubt. And again so did the franchise holder. One customer, more or less, is nothing they care about. They have my $ 9 and neither I nor anyone in my family has visited ANY Burger King since. That’s how they want it.

Ordered a big fish made like a whopper yo lower my consumption of meat and got a simple whopper. Tried to do online survey but wasn’t given correct receipt. No store number or code at bottom of receipt the survey requires. Wish I could add photos to this terrible experience.

Please Please Please NEVERPATRONIZE this fast food establishment. The manager Alicia threw my cheeseburger at me and threw a dollar at me with anger and rage when I asked for my money back for serving cold food, both were cold(chicken fingers and cheeseburgers) I called the Carson Sherriffs to the BBK and filed a complaint. The officer asked if I wanted her arrested, but I didn’t and I should have for refusing to give my money back and throwing my food and money at me TWICE. Calling Corporate and the BBB. The manager throwing food at customers, how crazy is that!!! She needs to be fired. If she treats her customers like that I can imagine how she treats her employees. TERRIBLE, and she also refused to give us the phone number. I hope the drive threw cameras were running be her bad and assaulting behavior should be all on tape. Alicia the so called manager of BBKNEEDTOBEFIRED! They get zero stars. Then as I waited on the police the manager Alicia called a family member up ther to threaten us. Got in my husbands face and told him to stop records in a threatening tone, he was 4 inches away from my husbands face. I told that lil Hispanic dude that the police was on the way and he backed down. The police caught him trying to sneak out and told him, we have the right to record in a public place and her better not ever do that again or else he’s going to jail! I have that on video, him threatening and approaching us. This place should be fined for employing such people. You treat me bad, I can the cops and you call someone to fight me «who does that»!!!

Worst of the worst! This place really put shame to burger king. I ordered teriyaki chicken burger and it’s salty as fuck. and yeah there’s only 3 people working in this place. 1 cashier, 1 drive thru and 1 food prep… like seriously how do you run a decent restaurant with just 3 people. The cashier calls the customers no. Twice and after that when the customer doesn’t hear her, she puts the food away and go in the back or served another customer(she’s looking at the customer while calling the no. I don’t get why can’t she just say«excuse me sir, your order is ready» that way the customer can at least eat warm fast food. Anyways, it’s either they renovate this place or just close it down. Drinking fountain is always dirty, their restrooms are dirty, the tables are sticky and dirty it is just not a pleasant place to eat. Don’t get me started with«you get what you pay for» cause their food isn’t cheap. 2.75 freaking bucks for a SMALL fries… that’s just ridiculous… Save yourself the hassle and just don’t go to this place.

Friendly staff, clean restaurant. Most chains like this the food is going to be universal no matter what location you’re going to so I base my reviews for places like this on my experience in the store. I really don’t have any complaints. I guess you have to get nit-picky to find negatives. One of the coke dispensers was out of syrup. The ketchup dispenser is stored in a way that you can’t help but dunk the tip into your ketchup when pouring. I mean, small things.

I was a little disappointed when I walked into this location. I’m basing this review on the location by the way. Because the food was good. But I was saddened that their soda fountain had drinks that were either out or the spouts were out of order. I was really surprised to see it empty on a Saturday afternoon. This is a sheet-hole from the word Go. They effed-up my order. 5 people behind of me who basically the same got their orders before me. WTF. When i ask for my order, they had an attitude. Drink machine were out of Co2, flies near the drink station, greasy spots on most the table with french fries in the corners. If its that dirty out in the dining area, i cant just imagine how filthy is it behind the counters and food prep area.

The only thing that brings me here is the whopper. The rest of it is an embarrassment to the BK chain. No ice in seating area with two machines. One is empty and the other has an old out of service(worn piece of white paper taped over button) and two fountains that had the buttons taped off in the same fashion that were also old and worn. Windows are dirty they let homeless people hang out in the seating area not eating but acting out in their own insane world. Last time I will come here. The place is understaffed and I don’t know why BK hasn’t sent someone to straighten them out. The owner is probably some tight wad who doesnt want to employ the necessary staff.

This restaurant is the dirtiest/nastiest Burger King I’ve ever been in. We went there this morning, September 15, 2013 and bought a couple of meals. The food is acceptable and the service is fairly fast. The restroom stinks with urine. The walls has graffiti and dirty, the floor is also dirty and wet. There is no paper towels and hand soap, and the hand dryer is inoperative. The parking lot is dirty, sticky and smells of feces. This place needs a sanitary inspection ASAP and ordered close before someone can really get sick. It needs a complete clean up before it can be reopened. I would avoid this place even if this is the only place to eat.

Food is ok. Consistent with the«quality» you expect from a Burger King. I always thoroughly examine the ice that comes out of the ice machine for mold or other nasty stuff… They passed! My only complaint is the bathroom never has paper towels…

Why do I get the feeling that this BK will be next in line for closure like a handful of other BK’s in this area of Torrance/Carson? First of all, I occasionally come here for lunch from work, 12−1pm’ish. I always see one dude or dudette at the cashier, 1 cook/food handler and 1 person handling the drive-through. The cashier runs back and forth to prepare the food and take order! Of the 4 times I’ve been here, it’s always a 3-person crew, hence the slow-ass service. It’s the only burger king I’ve been where a line forms and trail outside the front door, not because the food is good but because it’s grossly understaffed, lol.

came here on a friday morning before work because i was feeling like a fat ass. it took about 5 minutes for them to notice there was someone(me) waiting to place their order. then it took another 5 minutes for someone else to serve me. «by all means move at a glacial pace. you know how that thrills me.» fast food eh? i said«takeout» she said«eating here», so i said«no, takeout» again. i said«coffee with sugar and cream on the side», i find that my sugar and cream opened themselves and crawled into my coffee by themselves. thanks. it’s not 1 star because i still enjoyed my croissanwich and my hash browns.

ekkk i mean not the best place to go when your trying to et healthy. came here for breakfast with my brothers and sister. MAn there fries were extremely salty. FRies in our family is always an issue. WE literally have to fight anf fend each other off to eat the most. trust me we had no problems fighting this time. no body really wanted to et them. The salf fell off the fries that we even made a dam salt castle. jkjk ok ok not funny just trying to make a point. extremly salty and disgusting. lay of the salt burger king. I really love their coffe. My hyper ass was up all night probably blabbing my goddang gums to my bf. im sure that was quite annoying! well it was that strong. had a very dry bisquet sandwish… i’ve had better!!!
