My boyfriend and I dropped in at Open Gym and the crew was nothing but welcoming. Usually, the box owner does all of the greeting, but everyone here was so nice and welcoming that it took me a while to figure out who the owner really was. That’s a good problem to have.
While I worked in my own space, random CrossFitters were giving me technique tips and to keep this short, my little butt walked out successfully learning kipping toes to bar. Word.
If I lived in the area, this would be my home gym. We’ll totally be dropping in again.

I was working in the neighborhood and dropped in to Carson crossfit on a Wednesday night. I was greeted with a smile and a handshake and welcomed in to class. The coaches were attentive with instructing on form to the class, which was mostly made up of beginning crossfitters. I did the strength portion with the class, then asked the coach if I could do the competitors workout that was on the board. He had no problem with it, and one of their competitors even helped count for me. Great box full of kind people who have a passion for crossfit and learning. I’ll be back whenever I am working in the area and want to avoid a rush hour commute on the 405.

This is my fitness home. Great coaches, great classes and supportive classmates. This is a wonderful fitness community. I’ve lost weight and am starting to see muscles I haven’t seen before (sweet!). I highly recommend trying it out. The staff is very knowledgeable about form. My recovery from running, cycling, swimming and triathlons have all improved. I have learned that I’m stronger than I thought and feel awesome! Carson Crossfit rocks!

Absolutely life changing! I’ve never done CrossFit in my life. I was intimidated in the beginning but I felt welcomed from the moment I walked into the gym. Everyone is very welcoming and what is most important to me is that there are NO egos inside Carson CrossFit! I feel different after joining two weeks ago. My stress has decreased, I have been able to sleep better, and I am feeling this soreness all over that I’ve never felt before. It feels good! I have nothing but good things to say about Carson CrossFit. Thank you Dustin and AJ!

My son and I were in town for the Crossfit Games. We were staying in Carson and did a google search and found the gym. What a find, Dustin was very nice and welcomed us as if we were regular members. The workouts were great and we can’t wait to go back to the games and your box.

I checked out this place last night and tried Crossfit workout for the first time ever!!! My friends invited me so I got to work out for free! Loved the atmosphere in this gym, friendly peeps and staff! I must say this would be a great workout to compliment my yoga 2x/week! They make you do inversions which I was able to do with my own version but they show you how they normally do it! Those burpees, squats and pull-ups do your body good:)) I’m a bit sore today but that’s expected! Stretching after definitely helped!
Congrats Mel, Dustin and Eve for having an awesome place for people to get fit & healthy!!!

I was a 24hr fitness member for a few years and didn’t really see any type of improvement and so I decided to try crossfit. I’ve been a member for 3 months now and had started out with 3 days a week, but I loved it so much that I had to change my membership to unlimited. Dustin is a great coach and everyone is so friendly. I’ve seen great improvements and youy will too. There are people there to help you and cheer you on. It is really different from a regular gym which is cool. Don’t be afraid to come an try it out. You won’t regret it.

I decided to give this place a try. There is ample amount of parking. The facility was new & clean. The owner Dustin was awesome. I liked the fact that he would take the time to explain the workouts. Our group was friendly and energetic. It was a great experience and a great workout. Dustin pushed us and made it a positive workout. I would definitely come everyday if it was closer to home. If your in the area or want an awesome workout experience, give this place a try.

I just joined Carson Crossfit and love it. The Pros? Being the first time signing up for this Crossfit program seemed a little intimidating at first, but Dustin and the staff are so helpful and very attentive to making sure I do the moves correctly and at my own pace. It’s a refreshing change from those large gym classes where they treat you like a number. Here, they give positive personalized attention and break down the exercises one by one. Also, everyone else in class is so friendly and supportive.
Cons? a little hard to find the first time but just remember it’s right across the mall near Target.
Will definitely keep going here. Let’s see what happens 3 months from now!

I was in Carson on business and asked the Owen Dustin if I could drop in and do a Workout. He was totally welcoming and I had an awesome workout. Great guy, great facility, good vibes all the way around. If you live in the area and are looking for Crossfit, look no further.

Carson Crossfit is Awesome! I came to try it out, the coach was very welcoming, explained all the exercise and had great energy! The members were fun with workout with very friendly and I fit right in! If you are in the area you should definitely try out Carson Crossfit Dustin is the best and has passion for training. Don’t let the idea of crossfit scare you, you can start at any fitness level and the coaches will work with you! I found Crossfit Carson easy to get to and park. Good class times and a great team you can’t get any better from a workout spot!

Definitely do I owe my latest hobby, which has become more of a lifestyle, to Carson Crossfit! I myself am a fitness fanatic and carry on a variety of sports on my portfolio. Yet I was, like some, skeptical of whether or not I could get into crossfit, since I have always focused more intensely on yoga and Spinning with regular workouts at the gym. But, I must say this place opened up my eyes and helped me realize how ignorant I was. All the exercises are scalable and the instructor at the place is the best at doing it. I have explored many different gyms and studios throughout LA and Orange County. But, there are only a handful with such positive and motivating energy that you would experience at this place. Here are some of the many pros about this place:
— There are plenty of parking spots
— Place is an easy access away from the crowds of shoppers at IKEA and other stores
— Located in a good area, which makes a difference in the type of people you’d get
— They offer evening and night classes
— The place is just welcoming to newcomers. I might have just found one of the best places, if not the very best one, to start my crossfit journey at.
After all, for me the greatest asset to a gym is the people that run it and how knowledgeable the instructors are. I don’t remember leaving this place with any of my questions unanswered. They have good programs and well put together workout sessions each and every time.
