I remember going here as a child and now it’s all revamped. They have an in-​door gym and baseball field and new playground. The basketball court is awkward though because they have one full court and they have half courts on the side which eat into the full court space.

I don’t know why Unilocal says it’s closed, but I just took my son and this park seems open to me. It is a beautiful little park tucked in a residential area of carson. it is beautifully landscaped with walking paths, plants and a water fountain. The kid’s playground is fun with slides, monkey bars, swings (baby and regular), sand table, a rock wall and a teeter-​totter. There are various benches and tables surrounding the playground to bbq, picnic, or just to sit and relax and enjoy the scenery.
Btw, there’s also a building that doesn’t have a sign but seems to be either a gym or community center. I did see many preschoolers coming out possibly from a class of some sort.
