Redford House

I have been using Redford House Furniture for years. I am a design professional and have used many different manufacturers: Redford House quality, pricing and work with designers is second to non!
Two bad reviews OK trust me when I say these guys are great! The staff is always available and willing to work out any kinks.
They have great finishes and a fabulous product line. Their lead time is normal for custom furniture.
Buying anything from RH is a great idea! I highly recommend.

I agree with the previous reviewer. I waited approx. 12 weeks to get a table that was contemporary with a white finish. The table was damaged on the edge and came in with a finish that Redford called distressed! I call it poor quality. It wasn’t inexpensive, about $ 1500 for a cocktail table, but the finish was out and out poor… streaking of the paint, edges with natural wood. They said they did that on purpose. Whoever the foreman on the job is, he needs new glasses. This should have never been released with these blemishes. AND they would not compensate the designer to have it refinished locally. My advice would be to find another manufacturer. I wish I had read this review prior to me purchasing this piece. I just noticed the date, and may have excused them, but now 4 years later, the same complaint.

Hmmm… Do you want to spend $ 600 for a chair including an upcharge for a special finish, wait 12 weeks for delivery, and then have the chair finish literally chip within the first 3 days of use? Do you want the company response to be «Your tough luck»? If so, then this is the place for you. Great styling, poor quality. Period.
