I recently took Rhona’s CPR class and I truly enjoyed it. The class was very informative, we went through a video but when it came down to hands on practice, she let you learn on your pace and always made sure you understood enough to get it down. You can easily ask her questions, she’s very accommodating and kind.
If there’s anything I can say I didn’t like, it would be being told we had to purchase a book for the class and we never even touched it. Otherwise, I still think she deserves 5 stars and if you’re looking for a CPR class you should definitely get in hers.

My experience with Rhona was a great one! She’s an excellent teacher and she really takes the time to make sure you understand the material. She went over every topic thoroughly that you walk away with a better understanding of the importance of taking classes like these. I definitely recommend taking her classes and with a small setting, you are able to work personally and get feedback on your techniques immediately. She’s a great instructor and I highly recommend!

Ms. Cortez deserves more than 5 stars. Her classes are made of small groups which makes it a great and interactive learning experience. Ms. Cortez is very professional, polite, and friendly. You’ll leave her class feeling like a pro. She is highly recommended.

If you need to take a BLS course, this is the place to go! It’s very informative and I feel comfortable to use all the techniques I learned. Small class size so the instructor is able to help each student one on one. I hope when I have to renew, Rhona is still around! Because she’s great!

Took the BLS certification course with Rhonda and I would highly recommend others to do so too. It was interesting and very informative. Liked the fact that she was patient with her students and answered all of our questions. Definitely going back to renew it.

I just took the BLS certification course with Rhona. It was my first time taking the course and I’m glad to have had her as my instructor! She explained the concepts very well, showed us how to do the techniques properly, and thoroughly answered any questions we had. I had no idea how to do CPR or use an AED prior to taking the class, but I can now confidently say that I would be able to apply the knowledge and techniques learned in class in real-​life emergencies. Overall, Rhona was an excellent instructor in this informative, useful, and fun class!

Took an ACLS class through Rhona a few weeks ago. She holds smaller classes with great attention to detail, yet remains very approachable and non-​intimidating. The class was very relaxed and she made sure everything was understood before moving on. She even went over topics my previous BLS instructor never mentioned. Contacting her is very easy and she responds quickly to questions, regardless if you’re scheduling a class, or trying to get your certification card afterwards. I’ll definitely come back again when I need to renew next time.

Rhona is amazing! I took the BLS class and it was awesome. The class sizes are super small– there were 3 people including me in my class which was very helpful. I’ve taken numerous CPR classes full of many people, yet still never feeling confident in my skills until I took Rhona’s course a couple weeks ago. The smaller size allowed for more personal attention to detail and tips from Rhona. Strongly, strongly recommend for everyone. She also will either mail you your card or you can pick it up. I picked mine up super easy with zero issues. Thanks Rhona! You rock!

I just took my class a couple weeks ago and it was very informative and professional. Very easy to find and Rhona makes sure you understand all the criteria. More people should really take a CPR course you never know when you might need it!

Rhona’s such a great instructor, very friendly and approachable. Very knowledgeable about the course. I took ACLS and BLS with her same day. I like the environment too, and the fact that she only holds a small class is the best. I’ll definitely would recommend her to my friends and loved ones.

Instructor Rhona was very accommodating, very knowledgeable about the course she was teaching. Answered all my questions and gave rationale about the answers. Class is only held in small batches. Max 4 – 6, so teaching is very efficient and very focused. I took my ACLS November 22, 2015 and I was the only student. She was very nice, as she offered you snacks, water and even coffee. She would also drop off your ACLS card if you’re close by, but I have it mailed. Would definitely go back here.

Simple class, good instructor, relaxed environment. The class sizes are very small, so it’s a very personal class where you can ask any questions and get one on one training. Because the other people who signed up didn’t show, I ended up being the only student in the class! Where else would you find such a high student to instructor ratio? Her prices are cheap in comparison to any other places around, and she has all the proper equipment and books. Highly recommended.

Not only 5 stars but i would give her 10 stars. Miss Rhona Cortez taught us BLS in the most relaxed environment and she provided us the efficient knowledge on the said skill. i would likely to return there fo my renewal or even have my acls skill session in the near future.

Rhona is a great instructor! She helps you understand step by step what you need to do and will answer any question if you get stuck. The environment is very NON-​STRESSFUL. I am definitely coming back to renew my CPR here!
