This store is awesome considering that I work here. No seriously it’s a super cute store with a super good clothing and accessories selection. We carry both guy and girl product so we got something for everyone. The mall has recently made a few renovations and it definitely has helped to drive the business here and the swarmed to what rue21 is. The freedom to be you is rue we have 3 different profile shoppers for both the girls and guys so you’re bound to find something you would like in this store.

Rue 21 has become one of my favorite stores since they put one in the Carson mall. I love going in and shopping their accessories section. They are always having a great deal or sale going on. I love the different designed wallets they always seem to have. The Carson location has a great staff that are always nice & helpful. Only negative is they don’t sell rue+ in store but I love online shopping too

I would’ve gave 5 stars only because we had a cashier that had orange/​red hair that was rude to us last night it was almost closing time and we bought underwear that where the 5 for 7.50 I believe. And when she rung them up some where saying a different price so we asked her about it and she gave us short responses and we didn’t want them if they where the different price it just took us a while to pick which ones we want and sizes also. So we asked to take them out of the purchase and we still saw them on the screen so my mom asked to make sure and she gave us an attitude. Finally we where done and we said thank you and all she did was turned around and ignored us. It’s a really great store with definitely cute clothes but people who have attitude should not work in retail it makes customers not want to come back

Clothes are cute and prices are reasonable. The store is a good size and there is plenty of clothing racks to look through. The feel of the store is like Forever 21 before they polished their looked. The quality of the clothes seem questionable but only washing it will tell. My visit was pretty early in the morning so I had the store to myself. There was no greeting but it’s understandable and I always say hi first anyways.
It’s not a bad place to shop and Old Navy is right next door!
