SA Recycling

Turned in my 94 Dodge Dakota that would not pass smog and received a check for $ 1,500 from the Bureau of Auto Repair Gross Polluter Retirement Program. Transaction was handled VERY efficiently and received the check at the cashier window.

Recycle just about anything here. why throw it away. recycle it instead. keep mother earth liter free. make money on your junk.

Very clean and very structured; you wont find a long line of recyclers with shopping baskets. My only negative is that one of the workers parks his truck in the disabled spot, forever denying the spot to those that need it

Now I know why I see those Sanford & Son trucks every so often loaded with scrap. SA Recycling is there to take that metal off your hands. And pay you for it! On the spot!
So you’re thinking, okay you mean aluminum cans, plastic and glass bottles, big deal. Yeah, they take that stuff, but it doesn’t stop there my friend. How about small and large appliances? And my favorite — cars! I felt like a 5 year old boy again, watching them lift and crunch old cars along with washer/​driers and anything else with metal properties you can think of.
I had an air compressor I needed to get rid of. Took it there and asked if they’d take it. Heck yeah. The worker (they’re all great) told me to just drive my vehicle onto the scale to get it weighed with the compressor, drop off my junk, get weighed again without it, and get paid! He asked if I had any tools with me. I did not. I asked why. He said because they buy motors (the compressor has an electric motor). Ooo more money! Nah, didn’t feel like driving home to take it apart.
Granted for cans and small items you don’t have to go through the whole weigh the car thing because they have small scales by the entrance and will take care of you there. Not sure where to go? Just ask one of the friendly workers.
So help the environment, do some spring cleaning, gather your metal and make some money!

I enjoy going to this location, over others in my erea, because they treat me like family. The girls are very friendly on my visits. And the managers are very attentive, and seem to care about the customer. I will not go anywhere else!!!
