Starbucks

I love Starbucks and I will continue to go just not this location! Thanks to Darlene poor customer service & just experience was bad! The Starbucks located in alberstons in Carson off of main. I placed my order she got my drink wrong then had the nerve to ask if I still wanted the drink I ordered. Yea that’s what I paid for. I also like a sleeve with my drink and she said no I couldn’t have one… No real explanation… So I smiled and said ok thanks and left with my paid drink it’s a shame she was not helpful. I took it upon myself to call another Starbucks and ask about the reason why I couldn’t have one and maybe it’s a store policy and to my surprise she said they are not associated with the other Starbucks locations but did explain that they don’t have enough supplies and are limited to the products they can distribute. Maybe not those exact works but I understood where she was going with it. And that had I went to a real Starbucks I wouldn’t have had this issue. Well from now on I will and I won’t have any issues with my cup I’m bringing my own! She’s a beauty

This literally is the best Starbucks in town. I have never had a bad drink from here. The service is amazing and quick. I’m in here everyday sometimes twice a day if I need groceries. Darlene is my all time favorite here. She is the one with the blond hair I absolutely love her. She is the best barista hands down. Keep it up guys you rock…

Whats up with this starbucks. Thrid time that i come in and no grande cups. Is there a cup shortage?

I was going to order a green tea iced venti. But I’m so upset at this Starbucks because After walking in hot weather, i was sweating profusely and needed water quick. I was denied water however, because apparently they charge you for a venti iced water. It wasn’t busy at all and I was greeted in a «matter of factly» attitude like I was supposed to know. I didn’t have cash on me, and I cant believe they had to make me go out and use my card for a cup of water. To be honest, Im not even sure if im upset about paying, or more so on the barista’s attitude.

Next time I’ll make sure to go here instead of the one outside Albertson. :)

If this is the Starbucks located inside Albertsons — I have to say — I’ve never had a bad coffee here!!! Had an extra hot mocha this morning — it was DELICIOUS! Thanks 2 the barista!!!
