Finally a Subway that gets things right! Got my usual Chicken Bacon Ranch and it was bombbbbbbbbbb! Right amount of veggies, perfectly toasted, and lots of chicken bacon goodness. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the subway is one of the cleanest and well-kept locations I’ve been to. Must recommend!

I’m not sure what has changed here, but I gave this Subway one more try and it looks like they have cleaned up there act. The staff is now completely different and extremely friendly, bread was baked fresh, and the subs are being built with lots of fresh veggies they way they used to be. The entire attitude of the team is improved and this location is What you have come to expect from a Sub Way! I’ll be back!

I usually don’t review fast food chains like this but I just had to after my recent experience here! I placed a large order here for several sandwich platters and cookies for an event. The workers here were super nice and got my complicated order ready in time and exactlyyy how I wanted it! The sandwiches were fresh, delicious, and I got positive comments from everyone who had them at the event. The presentation of the platters was great too! It actually looked a lot nicer than I expected compared to other Subway platters I’ve seen in the past. I will definitely be coming to this Subway location from now on! UNDERNEWMANAGEMENT, should have been written on the banner rather than GRANDOPENING! — Scheduling more than 4 employees would have been a better investment, instead of a DJ blasting«baby got back» in the parking lot. — Running out of bread, especially when there is a «Buy one, get one free» deal happening, defeats the purpose of the deal. — An employee by the name of Melissa, raising her voice to a customer in front of other customers is not good service! This was my go to Subway. It is on the same block I live on and most of the time I head somewhere, it is on the way. I order the same sandwich with the same ingredients with the same kind of chips(hot cheetos). What I appreciated about this Subway(BEFORETHEGRANDOPENING) is that, they were consistent! My sandwich always tasted delicious, regardless of the person that makes it for me. The last three visits I paid this Subway, my experience was off. My sandwich tasted different, the service was slower and annoyed me(which rarely happened before) and they ran out of hot cheetos! The employees now are either rude, slow or just annoying! They are messy when creating sandwiches and the past three sandwiches I have had with this new crew, all tasted different. It still baffles me. The experience I had today in addition to two others, will my last. I don’t mind driving further to another Subway! Good luck to this Subway! I hope they get it together because there is a list of issues that need to be fixed!

Calling the management of Subway. Yesterday you were out of veggie patty. Went to the other Subway in Carson Sreet. No veggie patty too. Reason given was low on demand. In this case, you should take this out from your menu. I will hesitate to buy my lunch at Subway now if I am not sure I can get the veggie patty sandwich.
