Veteran’s Park

No dogs allowed??? How dare you!
At least the staff doesn’t strictly enforce the rule.
The park was very quiet on a Saturday in the middle of summer, except for a few kids biking through. Although, I think bicycles technically aren’t allowed either.
That’s all I have to say about that.

all i can say, they have the best basketball courts, there always clean. the weight training room is always clean as well. definitely no waits at all to use the machines. you can always get a basketball game in the basketball gym and you don’t have to wait for almost 45 minutes to 2 hours like 24 hour fitness… the staff members are great and have great customer service. and if you don’t have a membership, it costs about $ 5 to get in for one whole day. ONLY IF YOU LIVE LOCAL, like in the Carson (90 745) area. other than that, from 1 to 10, i’ll give this Veteran’s Park a 10.

VETS… My friends used to play in a basketball league here on the weekends. Very well organized, NBA rules, basketball court was nice, stadium style grandstands… Wilson Labasan is the mayor around here. Local legend… It’s a nice gym and they have a good weight room, from what I can see. I recently went here for my friend’s son who had his 1^st birthday party. They rented out the side basketball gym. It’s big enough to line one side with tables for food, drinks & desserts and to put a gigantic bouncer/​jumper for the kids plus a big inflatable obstacle course. The middle part of the gym was filled with tables for guests to sit & eat. It was perfect because it was a rainy weekend in Carson. It was a nice big space to hold a party.
Restrooms by the gym were clean. Staff seemed friendly
