The best part of this motel is how close it is to the airport. The rooms are musty smelling. Smoking rooms surround the nonsmoking rooms. What’s the point of having nonsmoking rooms? If you can stand the smells, the beds are comfortable for a night or two. Don’t pay the money, $ 100, when you can get much better down the road for the same money.

We stayed here for a week. Comfy beds, very quiet for being next to the airport, and a typical waffle breakfast, cereal, or pastry breakfast offering like most places. In room coffee also typical. Regular brewed coffee in the loby– no instant. A good, no frills place to stay.

Easily the best thing about this hotel is the proximity to the airport. it’s only a mile away. It was awesome for an L.A. guy like me to wake up, grab a pastry, nuke it, and have a sip of instant coffee in their dispenser at 4AM and be at the airport by 4:05AM. BTW, the cream cheese pastry was sweet and good. Then I took one sip of that coffee, and dumped the rest, opting for real coffee in the terminal. The hotel was OK for $ 70 a night for a single person in a non smoking room. It was clean and the inside was very unspectacular, like the furniture a guy has when he has his first job. One problem was, the vent system intake and outake cross each other, and I could smell lots of smoke. I had the heater on, but I had to sleep with the window open though the night temps were around 49 degrees. You could also hear everybody walking in the hallway. I was upstairs, I bet downstairs wouldn’ve been super noisy. The free wi fi was fine, but the signal strength was LOW the entire time. Still I appreciate that is was free, and they had a decent desk for me to sit in. The only food place close to them is a Subway within walking distance. Parking is not a problems. There was a pool and laundry and jacuzzi but I didn’t use any of that. I just needed a nearby hotel where I could board my 6AM flight without worry about missing it due to traffic. This really fit that bill. The front desk people were nice too.
