I love Blimpie sandwiches, may be because my first job ever was in a Blimpie. However This Blimpie in Carteret SUCKS. Their tomatos are paper thin. Chicken is old, I can feel it when I eat it. The place is dirty. The worst blimpie I’ve ever gone to, and I’ve been to many blimpies.
I kind of getting a feeling that they are going out of business. Which I feel bad for the owner but, the owner is to blame anyways. I wish the restaurants in NJ has same kind of rating system as NYC. If they did, this blimpie would have recieved «F», and would have shut down.
Long story short, you will not enjoy the food here, and I am never going to go to that Blimpie ever again.

This blimpie does not cut the meat in front of you. It’s pre-cut. I have never been anywhere where they are so skimpy on the meat. The layer of meat was super small. It took forever for the employee to make. The taste was different and not good. This is def. the first and last time I go here.

I’ve lived in the area for over five years and I’ve only gone in twice; both times I walked out without ordering because the place seemed dirty and not even open for business. In fact the first time I went in I asked them several times if they were actually open. Very disappointed because my family often feels for heros and when we do we have to go all the way to Quick Check. I’m very surprised this place has remained open all these years.

The service here is quite poor. Many times the staff is unintelligible. I have found their bread to be dry, their toppings of poor quality, and the overall appearance of the restaurant to be dismal.

This is one of the Worst place to eat in this entire world. The lady who makes sandwiches is always scratching her skins and she is way too old to be a sandwich maker. They put few meat and toppings and even if you ask for more then the lady doesn’t even care and stare at you. I work in the same stripe mall and take may lunch everyday at different places nearby but this is the worst place not even nearby but in entire middlesex and union county. So rather buy your lunch at shop-rite deli or have burger king but avoid this stinky place.
