Arby’s

After traveling all day with two cranky kids and having to make an unexpected stop because the three year old coughed until she gagged and threw up in her car seat I was definitely not in the best place when we arrived at this location. We placed our order and the food was ready quickly. Unfortunately when I was making our drinks our entire tray fell off of the counter spilling our food all over the floor. The three year old cried and I nearly cried too. The manager was nice enough to replace all of our food for free. That was exactly the type of kindness I needed in my frazzled state. They even cleaned up our mess without a complaint. I will certainly have to pay it forward because it really kept me from falling over the edge into vacation hell :) my one and only complaint is no changing tables in the bathrooms but I’m not sure I’ve ever seen one at another Arby’s either so that’s not specific to this location. I’m not sure when or if I will ever be passing through this area again but if I do I’d be happy to return to this Arbys!

Fast and friendly service but the restrooms could have been cleaner. They offer a military discount, too!
