Food was good, but this review is for my latest visit through the drive through. Super slow and it took me close to 15 minutes from order to pick up at 9:30 on a Saturday night.
No mention at all of a sorry for your delay or any type of sympathy for my long wait.

Stood in drive through way too long almost 10 min to get through to get order. Provide no napkins. Not sure if I will stop at this location again. Wendy’s is across the highway

For being so isolated, this location is constantly busy. Jock types by the truckload, if that is your thing. They even feature cleat wipers in front of the doors for when you feel the need.

Stopped by this location before going to Terminus Wake Park and was not disappointed. They had plenty of staff for the lunch rush and lines were short. Most tables were full, but we were able to find an open one. The staff was just as friendly, if not more, than other locations I have been to. It’s still very new and the area is building, but it is a great location!

Summary: Brand new store in a great location right off highway at new Lake Point with good food and good service. Big, but not a very busy location so it’s great for large groups and highway travelers. Downside: area still in development so until summer comes around, there’s mainly just the CFA there; no shopping located in area.
Food: Food was best part; one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had. It’s new though so will have to keep checking to make sure quality stays high. For now though, it’s delicious.
Service: The service was very similar to most CFA’s: friendly and helpful. My food came out super fast the first time and it was a little slower the last time, but I came close to closing. Overall great experience.
Location: the location is ok right now and will be great come spring/​summer. It’s located at the development Lake Point which is still developing. It’s right next to the wake boarding area and the volleyball courts. With the baseball fields not a far, it’s great place to go from the sport events once they’re up in running. For the winter though, it’s pretty slow. No shopping atm but should be a busy place in the next coming months.
Store Interior: The store is huge, especially for CFA. With the new CFA décor, it looks gorgeous and pristine. Plenty of sitting room inside and a patio outside. Best part of location: right off highway. Great for travelers.
All in all, new store with the quality I expect from most Chick-​fil-​A. Definitely recommend.
