«Osbourne Cox? I thought you might be worried… about the security… of your s**t.» — Burn After Reading(2008) I have mixed feelings about this review. Can they revoke my pre-check status? Man I hope not… This facility does a few things — drug testing, TWIC cards, and TSA Pre-Check appointments to name a few. However, this place needs some work. The waiting room(if you can call it that) is about the size of a coat closet with 6 chairs and no real standing room. The lady who manages the sign in sheet and calls people back is very sweet and personable — but that’s all they have in the way of Customer Service. Now, since I was doing the TSA Pre-check, I could fill out the questionnaire online ahead of time — which I did. Did I make an appointment? No. Could I make an appointment? No. No appointments were available for 45 days. I’m not sure how this was possible since I was there for 90 minutes and not a single person there had made an appointment — who are these people who have actually made appointments??? I sat for a very long time in the coat closet and waited to be called back. Once I was, I sat in another seat for some time. There was only 1 person working back there(to their credit, they worked through lunch). The guy I got was a jerk — he had no people skills at all and yelled/barked at me a lot. He was so soft-spoken(read mumbling) that I couldn’t understand anything he was saying to me. So when he would repeat himself, he would bark at me. Look, I am a smart and professional individual. I understand the English language. If you speak clearly, I can understand you and will respond. I think he could have been more professional and less rude. He spoke down to me a lot. The entire process with him took less than 10 minutes and I was happy to be done with him. He should probably be in a job where he does not ever interact with people. That being said — I got done what I needed. Glad I don’t have to do it again for 5 years.
