I’ve never left a review before but thought this restaurant needed more reviews so that others would know that this is the restaurant to hit in Carthage.
The pizza (we got pepperoni and veggie) was really good… great cheese and yummy crust. They make their bread and rolls in house and so their Philly cheesesteak was extra good. Our server couldn’t have been nicer AND it is crazy cheap. We fed our family of 8 for $ 50 and had 3 – 4 pieces left over.

Ate there with friends for the first time last night. Excellent service, she did an outstanding job! Top notch food and plenty of it. Three of our four had pasta, the sauce is GREAT… one had cheese steak and the 8″ serving was large enough to have extra. I saw another table had pizza and it looked wonderful also, I’ll try it next time & there will be a next time, God willing and Soon…

Very good addition to Carthage! We have been wanting a good pizza restaurant and Alfano’s has delivered. Everything is made from scratch! Whether you’re looking for pasta or pizza, they have a large variety of delicious options!
