A good local spot for Americanized Chinese food. They offer the typical spread of things found at these types of restaurants, though everything I have tried tastes good and fresh. Also you get a free 2 liter soda with a take-​out purchase of $ 30.00 or more. They also a buffet that seems rather unremarkable. I prefer the takeout. A much better choice then its competitor across the river.

Good fast food, clean and tasty. There’s a small buffet for a fair price, but I would rather order fresh what I want. We eat a lot of Lo Mein and Mei Fun — always chicken or pork because infariably the beef or seafood choices are over cooked. We usually get spring rolls, fried donuts and wonton soup too. The servings are generous and we always have leftovers. For a little town like Carthage, this is an acceptable food choice vs McDonalds, Subway, and pizza.
