Great place to start your morning. The place is looking a little tired and needs a little cleaning but the SERVICE is out of this world. Ms Ann whos there in the morning does a fantastic job with customer service. Best bacon around, they also make their own sausage. I love this place its near the lake so you can enjoy a bite to eat and then go fishing !!

This is a hidden gem in the boondocks. This was my second visit, the first time was for lunch and today was for breakfast. Eggs to order, sausage, grits, cream gravy and home made biscuits.
Every thing was fresh and served hot off of the stove. Eggs perfect, biscuits to die for. If you can eat all of the sausage that they put on the plate, you are hungrier than I was.
This place is in the country, but it is well worth the drive
I will eat here again.

This place has amazing burgers! I now live in the Houston area and long for a down home burger like this again. As much as we have to offer here, there’s just nothing like it! I will be visiting should I find myself in Carthage again. Miss this great place.

Your cell phone won’t here, so you can’t check in. However, this general store and country cooking restaurant is a big fattening slice of heaven in BFE.
Greens, veggies, fries 4 ways, burgers, poboys, and giant glasses of iced tea are just a few of the southern trappings that will have you packing on the pounds here at Fuglers… sure looks like plenty of the patrons already have.
I’m so happy that a friend pioneered this place and tipped me off on the homemade candies. Don’t miss out on the peanut brittle by the pound; you can find it by the cash register while you are filling up your to go cup. It is made by a Pentecostal Church in the area… and it is so good it will have you speaking in tongues!
