Having recently moved to Carthage, MO I needed to find a new mechanic that I trusted as much as the one I used in Joplin. The dreaded«Check Engine» light came on in my car. I researched and found Maxell’s. Tabatha at the front desk drove me back home and kept me informed as to what was going on then picked me up when the car was ready. The invoice was detailed down to a .25 cent charge. When they told me the part that needed to be replaced I looked it up on the internet just to have a reference point. Maxwell’s billing was consistent with what they billed me. They even vacuumed the carpet. I was happy with everything and will now consider them to be my new mechanic.
