Should have been a simple fix… I ordered an item online and it came in the wrong color. When I called they offered to replace the item. It was at this point that I had SIMPLYASKED if they would waive the shipping of the replacement item since I had already waited 5 days to receive the initial item. The man immediately became hostile and told me that I could just send the item back at my own expense and go elsewhere as his prices are low to begin with. I pride myself on being a very reasonable person, however, I don’t take kindly to rudeness so I told him I did not appreciate it. He hung up and no one at the store would answer the phone for the next few hours. I gave up. Good prices… SCARYCUSTOMERSERVICE. Spend the extra 2 bucks and get treated like a valued customer! If you want to save 2 bucks and choose to buy here, I hope you never need any customer service. BUYERBEWARE!!!
