My wife spent hours getting account manager on her number, so that she could purchase a new wireless card that cost over $ 200 and then after getting the account fixed was told that they didn’t WANT to activate it on our plan. This is the last straw with Verizon in Carthage they are not helpful and I will drive an hour to shreveport or longview to do business. I would give 0 stars if I could.
