owner yvette is nasty and unprofessional. we had a family catastrophe… she is heartless! after 60 days would not refund our money even though the appliance was not delivered yet… then she started threatening me that after today she would have zero responsibility for any damage(as if it may get purposely damaged?) and start charging storage fees as well as contact her lawyer… call her lawyer because we had no kitchen to put the stove in? now we have a stove sitting in our garage and no where to put it… use yale appliance, they are nice and helped my friend when she had her project fall through instead of kicking her when she was down. would never ever buy from them again. too bad, if they had been nice they would have been our appliance store for the future, now just another nasty memory…

I should have listened to all the other bad reviews on google or went with my gut. But I made an appointment… they said between 3pm and 6pm the repair guy would be there… at 5:45 I get a phone call saying they were going to be a half an hour late! I took the night off from work from this! How are you late when you have a 3 hour window?! and how could you not have given me more then 15 mins of a heads up? Place is very unprofessional.
