Went to my first laser appointment today with Sue at Boston MedSpa in Carver. She explained everything, from my skin type down to how it would feel and made me feel very comfortable during the entire treatment. I felt completely prepared for the treatment and was not surprised by anything. She was fully aware of how I was feeling during the treatment and adjusted the treatment to my comfort level. So glad I started the treatments with her!

I purchased a coupon for Boston MedSpa on Newbury Street for laser hair removal. What I thought would be a great deal not to have to shave my legs ever again, turned out to be an unprofessional company holding $ 149 of my money hostage(and lots of time wasted). My first visit in November was somewhat unprofessional. The associates at the desk showed up later than my appointment and then left me waiting for 15 minutes while they chatted on their cell phones. When showing up for my second appointment, I found the office had moved. The dentist that shared the space divulged that Boston MedSpa couldn’t afford the rent and had to move abruptly to over an hour away in Carver, MA. Not a convenient location if you don’t have a car! After calling the owner, I said I would be refunded the price purchased for the $ 149 coupon. No word. Several calls and emails later, I was still assured by the owner, Paul Hegner that I would be issued a refund. More months passed, another call to Paul and I was very unprofessionally yelled at! At this time, Boston MedSpa is still refusing to refund those that purchased a coupon that states the location is on Newbury Street. So please take my advice and do not go to Boston MedSpa: (yes, their location on their website is out of date) and do not purchase any coupons for Boston MedSpa.
