My son has loved Carver School of Music. The staff is very patient and they make it fun.

Doug teaches in a way that gets you playing within one lesson. He has taught my wife and I guitar in a way that we thoroughly enjoy. We’ve gone from knowing nothing to learning major chords in just a few weeks. I highly recommend for all ages.

I strongly disagree. I myself went to the Carver School of Music and I loved every moment there. My teacher gave me the confidence to play on stage in front if an audience. This is a great place to learn any instrument. I took guitar lessons with Doug and it was such a great experience for me. I miss going to guitar practice and I miss the thrill of playing up on the stage. My teacher was an excellent one and he was very down to earth with a good sense of humor. If you or your child is interested in taking lessons for the guitar, bass, drums etc. This is the place to go to! Everyone is friendly and you get the chance to be a performer.

Don’t recommend at all. Child made no progress whatsoever. Teacher was disorganized and definitely did not have his act together.
