The pillows were LUMPY and HOT. I found that I either toss the pillow on the floor during the night or I tossed and turned the pillow to find a cooler spot. The good news is that it is a wash/​dry type pillow. Bad news is that the «fill» is made up of poly foam PIECES (i.e. LUMPY).
All that aside, you end up spending close to $ 20.00 in total shipping costs if you decide to return it. Pretty expensive «trial» run. And yes, they charged state tax on shipping! So the cost ends up to be more than $ 20.00!

I don’t even want to give this pillow one star! The worst pillow, worst customer service, overpriced and they charge for shipping both ways. Someone should do an investigation to see what is actually inside of these pillows. It honestly feels like small pieces of cut up rubber. Wow! So uncomfortable and it gave me the worst headache. I sent it back and I pray I get a credit less all of the shipping charges of course!

This is THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE pillow I hope you will never buy! This is a huge scam. They charge for shipping this mashed up «pillow» and then you have to pay even more to return it! It is lumpy and very cheap and terribly uncomfortable. I was a sucker and bought this pillow because of a local radio ad. Now I am angry with the radio station for promoting this horrible product with a discount promotion. Always buy a pillow at a reputable brick and mortar store with an easy return policy. These guys are SCAM ARTISTS!

I haven’t written a Unilocal review in nearly a year but after the experience I had with this awful company, I just had to come out of retirement to warn others about this scam outfit.
The «10 year warranty» is a load of BS. After a month, the seam in my pillow opened up and the fill started to spill out. I called the company and told them about it. They told me to pack the pillow up, take it to either UPS or FedEx and spend $ 25-​$ 30 shipping it back to them.
I said, «So you guys sold me a defective product and now to rectify your faulty workmanship, I have to spend time packing it up, wait in line at the P.O. and then incur further expense of my own in shipping it back to you? How about if I take a picture of it and e-​mail you the picture?» Guy said nope, I’d have to ship it back at my own expense. I told him I could sew it up myself in the time it would take to pack it and stand in line and it wouldn’t cost me the money to ship it, either. He said you’ll void your warranty if you do that. I said, well what good is the warranty when it will cost me extra money whenever your product that is supposed to be of quality fails? He basically said well, that’s our policy, take it or leave it. His whole demeanor was that of not really giving a fig.
This company represents itself as one that takes pride in its work and cares about its customers. Once they get your money, you’re pretty much on your own and SOL though. Do not do business with these people.
