This is my first 1 star review ever. Listen, I understand that convenient stores exist for just that, convenience, but I suggest that the owners be trained in some type of customer service. I entered smiling, left frowning. My interaction was short, I was friendly the entire time. Why the lady was yelling at me and rolling her eyes is beyond me. I’ve been in this Seven Eleven before, but only because their atm is fee free for me. Even then, no greeting from the man, just a stare-down. Attention owners, it is obvious that you decided«let’s open a Seven Eleven, everyone needs a convenient store, money will flow in.» You need to be taught some basic human interaction skills. A smile can make all the difference in the world and can bring in repeat customers. By the way, I’ve been training customer service for over 16 years, this lesson was free of charge. You’re welcome.
