I had a problem with my fireplace, called Rick, and he was able to stop by the same day. He was able to fix the problem, and only charged me the very lowest price of the estimate range he gave to me on the phone. He also spent a lot of time talking about ways I could insulate the area better, how to run it properly, and other ways I could take care of the fireplace better myself. I thought he was really helpful, because I know little to nothing about fireplaces.
