AdvantaClean was called out to us as an emergency service when our washer decided to vomit up 500 gallons of water into our first floor home. They came out within hours of the call and immediately placed dehumidifiers and fans around our home. The whole crew was pleasant to deal with, and were very caring about concerns we had for mold growth.
They ripped out the floors because they were not savable, and cut holes into the drywall to help dry things out so that it wouldn’t mold. I won’t begin to pretend like I know exactly what they did or why they did it, but everything was done quickly, efficiently, and in our best health interest.
Because the owner did everything in his power to ensure the water was removed as quickly as possible, our insurance claim was much lower than anticipated. He was concerned with our air quality, as several of us suffer from allergies, and placed an air cleaner in the house to help us out. SUPER NICE MAN!
I would not hesitate to call this company again and I highly recommend their services!
