Fantastic service. Quick to respond and a fair price. Hal walks you through the issue and is honest as they come. Have dealt with a lot of dishonesty with HVAC companies and Aways Air is one of the best around. I had two issues with heating and another with AC. Was –10 out and called at 7:45 in the morning and Hal was there by 8:15am and another was 90 degrees out and Hal was there within an hour and a half on a Saturday to fix the AC unit. Clearly shows that he genuinely cares about the people they service and too keep them coming back.

Read rave reviews on Unilocal & Angie’s List so called hoping for a quick turnaround with two non-​operating air conditioning units in the midst of a hot spell.
Hal arrived within the hour and walked me through the process of evaluating /​analyzing the likely culprits. Informative, friendly, helpful, practical… What more could you want?

Fixed one AC that had a bent wire. No charge.
Fixed the other replacing a bad connector with one that is more insulated from mishap.

At the beginning of warm weather season I thought I would have to wait at least a week to get my air conditioner fixed. They came out the next day and did a great job. Thanks!

Had American Home Shield policy. AC not working AHS sent out Always Air. The tech who came out said he had no idea if adding Freon to my ac unit would fix my problem and offered no other solution. Would not use them again for anything.

Called Always Air because my furnace was not heating although it was running. We scheduled a appointment & they were able to call me when they were on their way so I could stay at work as long as possible. Hall Lee was my tech & he found the problem, but recommended that my furnace be replaced due to it’s age & overall condition. My budget didn’t allow for that so I had him replace the part causing the problem. Everything was running fine. Then that Saturday we woke up to a cold house with outside temps of 10 degrees. Called Hal & he came out within 1 hour & said I definitely needed a new furnace. He had 20 minutes to get to his supplier to pick a new unit. I gave him approval & within the hour he returned to my home to install the new furnace. I had a funeral to go to so I left Hal at my home to complete the work. I was a little nervous leaving someone I didn’t know at my home. I got a call from Hal that afternoon & he said the work was done. When I got home the house was warm & he did a great job of cleaning up from the installation. As the owner of a service company, I felt Hal went above & beyond to meet my immediate needs. I won’t hesitate to hire Always Air again and refer them to my family, friends & customers.

I woke up to a cold house. Checked the thermostat and something was definitely wrong as the house was way colder than what I had set the thermostat to. I called Always Air. They came out promptly. The technician was courteous and explained to me that the ignitor went out. He gave the furnace a cleaning and installed the new ignitor. He went above and beyond and checked my humidifier filter too. It was embarrassingly gross but he got everything taken care of. Always Air is now my go to hvac company.

I have a Home Warranty thru American Home Shield and had never heard of Always Air who was the company sent to service my furnace as it was was not working properly. The appointment was schedule within 48 hrs, Technician was sitting outside my house when I arrived home for my appointment, I was on time but he was early! :) Well, I am very happy with the service provided. My Technician, Hal, took care of my making my furnace run efficiently again. What a relief with all this cold weather upon us. Hal is a very nice and very knowledgable Technician. He gave me some great tips on how to better keep my home warm, etc. I highly recommend this company and I don’t take making recommendations lightly. I will continue to use them in the future.

Had Always Air (AA) come out this year to perform seasonal maintenance on my furnace, they found a cracked heat exchanger. Insurance balked and asked for a second opinion, and the second company came and found no issues.
What really impressed me about AA, is when their finding was overturned, the head technician personally called me and came out to give a third inspection. He arrived, and showed me everything he found (he found substantially more problems than the first two visits), and walked me through his entire inspection process. Highly professional, and I truly appreciate that they took the time to stand behind their work.

Great service. I hold a warranty from American Home Shield and was apprehensive to use a service I didn’t know. This was beyond my expectations. they came within 24 hours of submitting my claim.
The technician was very competent and they got the claim approved and new system installed quickly. i will continue to use them for my HVAC maintenance and repairs. Very good company!
