Always awesome staff and experiences. Over many years, with many services including facials and massages, I’ve never had a bad experience and the staff is always top notch. Consistently, the best facials I’ve had.
Recently, I had a stubborn issue on my cheek and then I was educated on the benefits of Vascutouch. After almost 2 years of being reminded daily of the problem, it’s finally been resolved! I also had several other areas with varying issues that I hadn’t even noticed, such as a few small Broken Capillaries, they are gone also.
I’m very pleased!

Absolutely lovely and very zen setting. Very friendly and knowledgeable personnel. They use Eminence, very high quality, products. My skin has never looked better since going there for regular facials.

Six of us just had a girl’s day at Bloom and we could not have been happier. Not only did they cater to our needs outside of the actual treatments, getting us hot tea, setting up a table for our goodies, getting us blankets — but the treatments were amazing. We have had many facials over the years at nice places — Umstead, Fearrington, Royal Caribbean — the Bloom Facial blew us all away!

Wow, I just came back from my groupon facial and looked at myself in the mirror. WOW, my skin looks amazing.
I had the strawberry chocolate groupon facial with Victoria, and it was seriously the best facial I have ever had.
The girl at the front desk (not sure I caught her name) was super nice and personable. She got me the forms right away. Victoria was also really nice and easy to talk to. She listened to my concerns and my skin regimen carefully and added some treatments specific to my skin needs during my facial.
The facial experience was so relaxing. I’ve never been a believer of aromatherapy, but when she waved her hands near my face with that aromatherapy oil. I literally felt rocks falling off my shoulders into immediate relaxation!!! It was magic. Now I’m a believer! There’s really nothing to complain about with the facial, and while she was waiting for the products to do its work on my face, she was busy giving me a arm, head, neck, shoulders, upper back massage. It’s like a massage/​facial all in one! She’s not one of those lazy girls who just sits around waiting, you are definitely getting your money’s worth for her time there!
Last praise is for their products. They use all organic natural products, and you can tell by the way they smell. It smelled soooo goood. Not like bath and body works artificial chemical good, but like natural fresh fruits/​veggies good. The smell was amazing, but not overwhelming like most products out there. It also felt really nice on the skin. When she put on the chocolate facial, I wouldn’t be surprised if she dipped her hand in fondue and wiped it on my face. It smelled that real.
This is the first spa I have been to where I had no complaints, and their prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be back!

My favorite spa. I’ve been to other spas and had facials where they use brushes on your skin. Come to Bloom and they will use hand techniques to do your facial. I like to see Lesa. She is super knowledgeable about skin care and your skin as she works on you and tailors what she uses on your face based on what she sees you need at that time.
I’ve also done massages here. The Shiatsu with Suzanne was amazing. Jeremy is fantastic too if you want some really deep tissue work. He is aggressive in his technique, but effective. So if you are looking to have a light massage he wouldn’t be the one to go to, but if you need some work done because you’re very active and have knots and soreness, he’s your guy.
This is a hidden gem in Cary. I had no idea it was there. Uses organic products and is very reasonably priced. Check them out!

My husband bought me a twongo for 2 massages here for Mothers Day. I forgot all about it until recently and it was and only a few weeks before it expired. I called to get in but like everyone else who bought this deal we waited until the last minute to use it and they couldn’t get me in before it expired. They went above and beyond to still let me use my deal within a few days after the expiration. I had a massage with Carmen and it was fabulous!!! I have problems with my shoulders due to my job and she worked on that for a while and still was able to give me the full body. She used the perfect amount of pressure and made my experience at the spa a fabulous one! It is off the beaten path but worth it!

The massage was great, and the room was comfortable (the sheets were amazing!). My only issue (s) were it was difficult to reach a live person on the phone without playing phone tag, and it is not very easy to find.

I must say that I have had the best services here ever! The owner is a very nice lady and the place is very serene. I had the opportunity to get a massage and a facial on the same day and all I can say is that they really strive for pampering you and giving you the best spa experience. I am now becoming a regular monthly client and am looking forward to supporting this business and getting pampered.
