Just had to say Brytons was the most Outstanding bathroom remodel experience I’ve ever experienced! From the sales staff that came to my mothers home; to the install. I had converted an old bathtub to a handicapped walkin shower and it came out perfect! Jerry the installer was the hardest working American I’ve ever seen in the construction business. Jerry worked 14 hours straight the first day and 9 hours the 2nd day and his work was flawless! The material used was First Class and the workmanship was amazing! I would highly recommend Brytons Daniel Beasley

Like Mage, we had a very pricey, acrylic shower installed by Bryton’s, two years ago. I did not write a review at the time, not because they did not do a good job, but I thought $ 10,000 was way too much for a 42″ x 60″ walk-In«plastic» shower. especially since I had tore out the old bath and drywall, having it ready for the install. So what brought on this 5-star review all-of-a-sudden, you ask? Well, about two months ago, the floor pan(also plastic) started to bubble up. After calling, one of the Bryton crew came out and found that it was«de-laminating». He told us that it was all good since it was warranted for Life! To make a longer story short. the guys were out within a few weeks, ripped out the entire shower, and installed a brand new replacement. And they did all of this with a big smile on their faces, as if they were really happy to have us as customers! Needless to say, we no longer feel so bad about the initial cost. It is worth it in the long run if this is the level of customer service to expect! Thank you Bryton’s and Staff…

Very expensive in my opinion. Salesperson was out on Aug 12th2013 and I did sign the contract. Was told install should be 4 – 6 weeks and someone would call to go over the order and set date. 21 days went by with not a peep from them. After leaving a message that I wasn’t happy with the lack of correspondance somoene called me back and state that they told me 7 – 9 weeks. No I am sorry for the delay let me see where we are at etc. I cancelled the order. A few days later I decided I would give them a chance so I called to speak with the lady i had cancelled with. No return call and then find out that she leaves at 1pm every day but that she had told the owner. Well I went all day without hearing from the owner. I guess their business is going so well they don’t care about contacting customers or addressing there concerns. This was prior to them getting my money so can only imagine how they might be once they had gotten it.

We got a shower installed 2 years ago, and though it was very pricy considering the shower was just acrylic and not any fancy Italian tile, I’m happy with the results. I can feel confident that there’s no grout that’s going to get black and gross and crack with age and leak all over, just a nice acrylic pan at the bottom that has no chance of leaking. The acrylic still looks beautiful with no stains or scratches. The one problem we had was the caulk along the sides getting that pink bacteria in it which would turn black(Serratia marcescens) which apparently we were not cleaning properly. Bryton’s Bath actually came out two times to replace the caulk, free of charge, which was very nice of them.
