Overall satisfaction was perfect. My LCD was not working on my laptop and I had to use an external monitor to do any work at all. They I was filled with malware and viruses that took me down to a crawl.
My laptop was brought in on a Monday and on Wednesday my laptop was retruned to me 100% virus and malware free with a complete LCD replacement. Now my system works perfect without the need to plug into an external monitor. It might even be faster than when I purchased it new.
The turn around time was extremely fast. The cost of repair was almost 50% less then the other stores I called.
5 Stars for fast service, professional service, quality of work and price. I also noticed new and used computers for sale along with the new tablets. You bet I will be back when its time for me to buy again.
