Cary Urology PA

Would not go here again. My husband has had three appts with Dr Kizer, and they have changed his appt time the day before or a few hours before all three times (sometimes leaving a message and not asking of it is ok). He is a working professional and can’t just drop what he is doing to work around someone else’s schedule. Arrogant physicians and extremely unorganized office. I work with doctors offices everyday for my job and this is by far, one of the worst ones I have seen as far as respecting their patients. Even when getting a prescription, instead of sending an electronic script to the pharmacy, they give us a paper script after his surgery, (so we get to the pharmacy and have to wait 45 min). They don’t care! It’s all about them and never an apology for having to change an appt. There are too many other wonderful doctors. Why go somewhere that you have to put up with this?

After scheduling an appointment for a vasectomy with Dr. Kizer a month in advance, I show up only to find out (no phone call?) that he is «caught up elsewhere». I would have to reschedule, even though I had taken time off from work for recovery time. Then, they refuse to refund the $ 700 I had prepaid for this procedure. There are loads of doctors in Cary. Go elsewhere.

Cary Urology is conveniently located near several other practices. This location is always busy but with each visit, the staff has been effective, efficient and courteous. I’ve never had to wait excessively with an appointment unless one of the physicians is away for an emergency. The physicians’ approach, coupled with their sense of humor often makes whatever the issue is easier to discuss. Recommended. Appointment required. Cheers.
