We arrived at around 1:30 for what we thought was going to be a quick trip through the drive thru. The line was SUPERSUPER long at the drive thru so we went in for a TOGO. The line inside was also SUPERSUPER long !!! What is going on ?? We waited and got our to go order. We grabbed a fry from the bag on the way out of the parking lot. They were COLD !!! How could that even happen given the volume of food that they were processing ?? Our sandwiches were great but NONAPKINS !!! The entire experience was«off» today for some unknown reason.

I love Chik fil A. I normally get great customer service from any location. However, my most recent trip was met w horrible customer service When I got up to the window to pay for my brrakfast, I did not get a «hello» or «how are you?». While waiting for my change, I an employee standing right next to the one who took my money decided that this was the right time to tell her supervisor, also standing there, that Tom gave her«this ugly a– hat», a reference to their uniform. I swear from time to time, but never during work where or when customers or clients can hear me. So rude. When I received my food and thanked the cashier, I didn’t even get a thank you back. Greetings and thanking customers is customer service 101. Also not cursing in front of customers would be nice too.

The food is standard Chick-fil-A. Extremely yummy, moderately overpriced. The difference is this location’s service. It is TERRIBLE. Which seems shocking considering the standard«It’s my pleasure». Sometimes I find that annoying, let’s be honest. However… at this location, it would be a welcome change. They are just downright rude. I’ve witnessed a manager talking about an associate to another associate(while she took my money for my order), another manager insulting another manager behind her back and the girl who waited on me apparently(I hope) had just washed her hands and failed to dry them. She was dripping wet on on her hands, proceeded to take my debit card(now wet), and then hand me napkins, straw and my food all with wet handprints. All three of these are separate occasions. They have completely lost every ounce of Chick-Fil-A’s quality customer service standards.

Went tonight around 8pm. Food was normal, but the place was nasty. Food all over the floor and behind the counter looked real dirty. They need someone cleaning more. Dirty.

Reaching out to the community is what Chick Fil A on a daily basis does better than its competitors. Today before going for my daughters 4 year old check up. We stopped to have breakfast. We had the usual chicken nuggets. But what was going on in the main part of the dining room. Caught my daughters attention. Seniors bingo. What a great way to use there space after traditional breakfast hours. Players won Chick FilA mugs, t-shirts, gift cards. In my opinion excellent community awareness and involving our seniors.

Between this and the CrossRoads Cary location, I pick up lunch for my coworkers every Monday at one of two. I am not expecting perfection, but there hasn’t been a single time that something on the order wasn’t messed up. They are always so frazzled and in a rush with everyone working on one order at once that they forget things constantly. I get yelled at almost every day for this because It’s always SOMETHING I didn’t double check because they didn’t do something. Today, they charged me for a sandwich that I had a free sandwich card for(and handed to the cashier to use), and they charged me for it anyway. The sad part is, the free sandwich card came from LAST week because they forgot an item I ordered at the other location! It seriously doesn’t take long to make sure you have completed someone’s order! I have worked in several restaurants myself and understand that people make mistakes, but this is just sloppy. If it wasn’t for my coworkers loving the food, I wouldn’t step foot in either of these locations again. Tired of being the scapegoat for these people!

Outstanding poor customer service! there were 6 employees up front, including 2 managers, one was counting the safe and the other manager dressed in black was filling ice and tea, I am waiting, the only person in line to place my order, not a single person ever bothered to say hello or that someone would be with me shortly, finally after several long minutes a cashier took my order, no I am sorry You had to Wait and both managers made eye contact but nothing, no hello here, after I placed my order and another long wait, the manager in black made table visits but when I sat in the dining room NOTABLEVISITS! And the food was mediocre today, I will not return to this location.

This has to be by far the slowest drive thru I have ever seen. The drive thru and parking lot are poorly designed… it causes congestion on the road. There are better locations nearby!

First time visit, but I was very impressed with this location! The cashier and both the lady picking up trays were so sweet. It’s a clean restaurant and well cared for. The drive-thru line was really long, but we ate in. An enjoyable experience overall. When I asked for a recommendation of a sauce to go with my Spicy Chicken sandwich, the lady at the counter recommended honey mustard. Great compliment to my sandwich. I know fast food is nothing fancy, but I really enjoyed my #3 — Spicy Chicken Sandwich, waffle fries, and lemonade. Plus, the customer service was fantastic so I left with a smile on my face from the kindness from those two women. Well done! Take a look at the food quote I’ve posted as well. I love Chick-Fil-A — eat there at least once a week. But this Chick-FIl-A concentrates only on the customers in the drive through and not those who park and come in to eat. Today we waited inside for 15 minutes for a sandwich and salad along with many others, while the orders just kept going out the window. The cars were moving and moving as probably 8 of us stood there watching it. Too bad the management does not treat all customers equally. Count me out on this Chick-FIl-A in the future!

I am surprised to see a few bad reviews for this particular CFA. I have been to this location several times and have never had anything but a positive experience. The food is always what you expect and the milkshakes are awesome. The chicken sandwich and fries are always hot and taste great. I think all CFA are run well and that is why they always do well. The only thing that can be a negative here is the lines are sometimes very long.

Always get the Chick fil a sandwich and now I’ve also started to like their side of chicken noodle soup! Their sweet tea is good too, and their service is always good. The only thing that stinks about this location is the drive through is always long and it goes out into the road, and then people end up blocking all the traffic around it. If you just want to come in and park, it takes awhile to get in around lunch time sometimes.

I made a personal vow when I started Unilocaling never to review a fast food joint… oh well. I moved to NC17 years ago, and it’s taken that long for my love of Chiick-Fil-A to blossom. The chicken is delicious, and I curse Sunday for it’s lack of Chick-Fil-A. Politics aside, shame on you Chick-Fil-A, they are the friendliest fast food franchise on the planet. I don’t know what kind of brainwashing takes place behind closed doors, but my god they are a friendly bunch. My dream is to one day open my own Chik-Fil-A and hire nothing but members of the LBGT community. We’ll cure them from the inside out. Til that day comes, I’ll still be forking over my money for that sweet sweet chicken. And you will know then that it is truly«our pleasure». Fun fact: I once waited in line behind John Edwards wearing jean shorts at the Chik-FIl-A at the Umall in Chapel Hill. He was buying cookies.

I don’t often eat at Chick-Fil-A because they use dill in their chicken marinade which I find spoils and overrides any other flavor on the sandwich. So I usually get the spicy chicken wrap, which somehow escapes the dill. On this viisit, the wrap was good as usually, and I’m a fan of the waffle fries.

I’ve come here several times during my lunch break(anywhere between 11:30−3pm) and it is always packed! I always use the drive-thru and the line goes all the way out into Colonnades Way. That said, when it gets that packed, they usually bring a LIVE(yes folk, living and breathing human) outside to take your orders and payment before you even reach the window. During those times, I can sit in the long drive-thru line and still get out with my meal in under 5 minutes. But, if it’s just the usual speak-through-the-intercom way, I’ve learned that it takes much longer and I’m usually trying to inhale my food as fast as I can before my lunch break is over. Everyone is super friendly though and my order has never been wrong! =]

*3.5 Stars* I have never been impressed with service at a fast food chain as much as here. Super friendly order taker. Fast, prompt food prep and good, fresh food. I had to try their chicken since I had never been to a chick-fil-a before. I was impressed. Chicken wasn’t dried out and was breaded enough. Their fries are waffle ones. I was also impressed on how clean everything was. Plus the condiment area was organized and their selection is a lot more than in other places. Definitely a good selection when thinking fast food. Be prepared during lunch time because this place gets packed! ENJOY!
