Awesome service! Nick works with you for drop off /​pick times and is an all around great person. He explains in depth what the issues might be, how and what he is going to do and approx how long it is going to take to fix.

After looking at google reviews I decided to take my computer to Nick. I knew my computer had at least one virus but, I had ignored it for a while. When I took it to Nick, on a Thursday, I told him that I was not in a rush to it get back. He call on Sunday to let me know it was all fixed. It had a ton of viruses, malware, junk files and fragmented files; none of which were a surprise to me. I am not the best about keeping up with the best anti-​virus & malware protection. Bottom line, my computer was fixed faster than I thought, Its working better than ever, he put anti-​virus, malware and other protections on it, and his price was more than reasonable.

This was our first time using Covey computers and Nick was a pleasure to work with. We had a lot of info and junk backed up on our computer over the past couple years and he promptly cleaned out our entire computer. He also added much needed anti-​virus software to help us keep the computer clean and fast. As this is a business computer, it is very important to have it running as efficiently as possible to help with productivity. He was very knowledgable and showed me exactly what he was doing before doing it. We will definitely be using Nick again.

I’ve used Covey Computer Services a few times now, and can’t be more impressed. Nick Covey spends quality time diagnosing issues on the computer, and gives you options on how to correct them. His prices are fair, and he gives you time frame on when the computer will be fixed, and he always makes the deadline. But most importantly, Nick Covey is honest, and it’s hard to find a person you can trust with your priceless data in this industry.
