Lazy but nice staff. One of the employees is always clueless but he’s newer so I just exercise patience. They have a HUGE constant problem keeping things in stock so you have to call ahead and ask if they have what you’re looking for so you can go elsewhere if needed. They used to be at least a 3 or 4 star establishment but it’s like they stopped caring about the business over the past 2 years or so. If I could find a better spot in my area like AVAIL across town, I’d drop them like a bad habit (pun intended). One more point. They have terrible bathrooms that are dirty, no, nasty and have no toilet paper, soap nor paper towels in sight or when I asked for some. Therefore, I secretly wonder about employee hygiene… especially when I look under the male’s fingernails and see lots of brown and black crud. I disinfect whatever they touch when I get home. Going to find a new spot as soon as I can. Surprised they are opening new locations when the ones they’ve got aren’t properly run.

Beware of fakes when going here! Make sure to do your research and not get duped like I did. Sold me a fake Efest battery and a fake AR mod to go with it.

This place is horrible!!! I’ve had better customer service from wal mart on black Friday. I paid $ 60 for this vap pen that broke the same day. I ask if they have the part to replace it and they say it will be in at the end of the week. That was 3 weeks ago!!! So today I go in just to get a whole new piece. The 18 year old kid behind the counter was no help. His friends were hanging out like it’s the lounge listening to really loud obnoxious music. On top of that he says the piece is $ 10 more then I paid for it. Better to shop online for vap pens and accessories.

Knowledgeable staff and friendly service. They have a decent amount of Vape’s to choose from, but I only gave 4 stars because the last few times I’ve been they were out of the e-​juice I like.
