I don’t know how long ago it was that I bought my Living Social deal with Fast Forward Service. I believe I bought it in the fall of 2010. At the time, I called and called to schedule an appointment to no avail. Then, last March(2012), I received a comment from Ashley D. at Fast Forward apologizing for the lack of follow up and promising me a free house-cleaning. I attempted to take her up on the offer, but again, I never got a response. That doesn’t bother me all that much. It’s going on three years now, and I had moved on. Then I happened to see a LinkedIn request. Not really recognizing the name as a colleague or even someone I know, I investigated further. The request came from the same Ashley D. from Fast Forward Service as well as Forward Ministries(and yet another church!). I don’t know the person, and from my experience with her company, I’m really surprised someone would want to pad their LinkedIn contacts with someone not likely to provide a glowing recommendation. Beyond that, it seems unethical to snag contacts from your business to try to pass off as business colleagues.

Stay away from this company. Stay away from any deals this company offers. I have purchased 2 Livingsocial Vouchers for their Services, and after trying to contact them to schedule an appointment for over a month, I still have not gotten any response back from them, whatsoever. I have emailed them twice, left voice mail messages twice, contact them on Facebook 3 times and filled out their website contact form three times. This is definitely no way to run a business, they are completely ignoring their customers!!! This has been very frustrating and I have contacted Living Social to get a refund for my money spend on the Vouchers.

I purchased a LivingSocial deal and had an excellent experience with Fast Forward for my move-out cleaning. The two cleaners were friendly, prompt, and professional, and they did an entirely thorough job. Would hire again!

Left them 3 voicemails and send a notice through their website. No contact received beyond an auto reply that promised a reply within 3 business days. 3 weeks later– NOTHING. Horrendous customer service. Obviously they bit off more than they could chew through the Living Social deal, but should have done what was necessary to make it right(offer refunds, at least call people to say they couldn’t provide service, SOMETHING). Terrible and frustrating experience. Absolutely horrid.

Make this the 5th very bad review of Fast Forward Service. First of all I still don’t understand what the company name has to do with cleaning, but thats a whole other topic. We bought a 4 hour 2 person cleaning promotion through Living Social back around late September. You’d think after several attempts via email and voice mails we’d at least have gotten 1 response. Nope, none, zilch, zero… you get the point. We have already requested a refund from Living Social and will make sure no one we know uses this service. Judging by Jennifer D’s review, it doesn’t sound like we really even wanted them to attempt to clean as they do a poor job. If only Unilocal didn’t force me to give them a star, I wouldn’t. You owe me a star Fast Forward Services!

Add me to the list. I’m still waiting on a call and I have also emailed Living Social and await a response for them. It’s been a couple of weeks waiting for Fast Forward and about 5 days waiting for Living Social. I understand that when you do a LS deal, you get tremendous response. But if you can;t handle it, don’t do it! Most businesses ramp up in anticipation by hiring additional workers. The least you can do is return calls! My Recc: DON’T BOTHER
