Formont Photography

Chris did my little one’s two years birthday photo. It was taken in a park. My toddler is full of energy and wouldn’t cooperate; he just wanted to do his own things: playing with dog, water, fallen leaves, wood stick, mud… Chris was very patient and followed him for more than an hour, taking candid photos. It turned out great! He not only captured wonderful moments, but also did a fantastic job processing the pictures — I can see he put a lot of thoughts in it, and it was a great deal of work, far exceeding the standard processing in most studios.
He is very generous in giving out pictures. He doesn’t seem to care much about money; he just has real passion doing photography.
He is also very flexible. Because we were doing outdoor pics, it was highly dependent on the weather. It was raining the night before and cloudy in the morning. He called me before the session asking whether we wanted to reschedule and offered an alternative date, which is two days later. Although I decided to go ahead with the original schedule, I did appreciate his flexibility.

This is an update to a previous review. We got the photos back and they are great. We are definitely satisfied.

Chris did two sessions for us (first was a partial rain-​out) and had no problems accommodating us on the rain date. He was very patient with our young girls and they had a great time. We were surprised at how well the photos turned out given our girls high-​octane spirit during the two sessions.

We hired Chris with Formont Photography for a client event and he did a fantastic job. He is professional, organized and dependable. He also is an amazing photographer and took some really cool shots for us. I would highly recommend Chris for your next event!

I have used Formont photo several times. One partcular time was for a family reunion. I found Chris to be highly professional. He was patient with my younger nieces and nephews… And understanding with my grandparents. The pictures were beautiful. That was a rare time we were all together.

After researching several local photographers we chose Formont Photography not only because of the price we were quoted but his gallery of past work was impressive. We couldn’t be happier with our choice. Chris was more than accommodating with our busy schedule and very responsive in communicating with us. He was so thorough with his shoot that we had more than enough photos to choose from. I would highly recommend him, his quality of work is excellent!
