In the last month alone, my company has spent over $ 5,000 in coursework with their organization (for 2 people!). The last class I attended, I lost my book on my return flight home. Note, this is a spiral bound, paperback book. When asked if I could get another book, I was simply told No. When I asked to speak to someone else about getting another book, I was flat out ignored.
Severely disappointing. Had they put in the effort to mail me a book that wouldn’t have cost nearly as much as the $ 5k bill they sent our way, the rating would have been so much better. And I will probably look for future seminars elsewhere.

I had a personal issue come up and I needed to reschedule within their 16 day no reschedule policy. Totally inflexible; no changes allowed.
I was also told that I would need to bring my own laptop for the class. They would not be providing workstations.
