I always always am a fan of jimmy johns subs. This cary location is SUPER fast too! The last time I went, I got my sandwich in less than 2 min from the time I ordered at the register (granted, I did come in at 2pm…)
Great service. A little tricky location… gotta go in towards lowes to get to jimmy johns. but totally worth the trip. Gotta get that #1 pepe with peppers and oregano! And don’t forget the jalepeno chips :)

I like to get these subs delivered when I’m on a roll or should I say sub at work! Hah. Anyway, they deliver freaky fast and typically will show within 10 minutes of me placing my order. It’s nice to not have to wait to satisfy my hunger. I don’t want to get hangry!
The subs are decent and the ingredients are fresh. Sometimes I’ll switch it up and go for a sandwich instead of sub and are my current go to.
Try them out of you need to stay at work or home with the kiddos and want a quick and easy bite.

Went there for late lunch today. It wasnt «slow» but it definitely wasnt the freaky fast service Ive had every other time Ive been to a Jimmy John’s. My sandwich was still very good though.

Ordered delivery today, we have jimmy johns at least once a month, well today the delivery took over 30 mins. My husband called to check on it and they said it was on the way, it usually takes a little while longer in Cary 5 o’clock traffic. When the order arrived a few minutes later, it was incorrect, I notified the driver and he said he would be right back with the corrected order. About 15 minutes later he returned with the right sub and a free cookie. I appreciate the nice gesture and good customer service. Thanks Jimmy John’s!

What happened?! This place used to have delicious sandwiches. I just bought two sandwiches and both had virtually NO MEAT AT ALL. My friend and I compared sandwiches and were stunned. His turkey tom had ONE SLICE of turkey. He trashed the entire thing after one bite. My tuna was all lettuce and tomato. I couldn’t even taste the tuna. Will not be back to this location.

My kids love the slims. I wish there was a decent vegetarian choice, though. The wheat bread is delicious. And the service is of course super fast.

This the most reliable JJs I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with — always on time, always good. Love this place!

First of all, they have good staff who are friendly. We stopped by here once for their #6s. Unfortunately, they were out of breads. They apologized and smilingly told us «you could wait and have fresh bread».
When we got our subs, we were surprised to not find sprouts in them. #6s come with sprouts but #12s come with sprouts on request :-|
Bottomline: Friendly staff, quick forgetful hands.

Like the they say «freaky fast delivery» every single time! I have ordered subs from here many times. They have a few different choices when it comes to subs. But that’s about it when it comes to their menu besides cookies (2 different kinds), pickles, and chips.
I like that they offer bean sprouts and not many delis offer that. I enjoy the French bread that the subs come on. They have online ordering which is convenient especially if your at work stuck on the phone.
In my opinion the subs are good, nothing special. But they have fast delivery, the subs are fresh, and for the price it’s not a bad deal. I will continue to order from them in the future.

I work nearby and frequently order delivery from this Jimmy Johns location. They are always so fast and prompt with their delivery! It shocks me sometimes how fast they can deliver. The sub is always fresh and delicious. The employees are always polite and I get excellent service every time.

Worst customer service ever. I live exactly 1.5 miles away from store and they said I did not live within their delivery range? I asked what their range was and he said 2 – 3 miles and they had to be able to get to it within 5 – 10 minutes. I will never go here again. What’s the point of offering delivery service if they won’t deliver?

I order delivery from here atleast once every three months. I work from home and live less than 2 miles away. I order online and literally within 20 to 30 minutes my order is at the door. I love the bread and my regular is the «LuLu».turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, extra oil n vinegar, and hot peppers. They stopped serving sprouts for whatever reason… It’s a decent sub… no complaints. Wish they served hot subs though…

Walked up to the door at 12:50PM. Line out the door, people struggling to get in and out. One cashier.
Two people were at the prep table, just standing there busy visiting, laughing, and talking, for a long time. The girl talking, later stood over near wall using her iPhone. I asked ‘Anthony’, the manager, who was busy standing making sandwiches, why he only had one cashier. i told him it was disconcerting to see employees standing around while we had to wait. I was told: «I have them doing something else. That’s how I’m managing it right now.» (Doing what? Gaffing off, shooting the breeze?
During lunchtime crush, people should not be standing around, doing NOTHING! Grab a broom, wipe tables, trays!) So I guess its take it or leave it with him. In this customers eyes, its not being ‘managed’. So much for getting it fast. Try this Jimmy Johns… if you like it SUPER SLOW served with attitude!
I’ll go elsewhere, even if it means driving further.

Bread was dried out. Service slow. Seems like they don’t care if customers are there or not. Been coming for a long time, and don’t remember it like this.

The sandwiches are delicious and the service is great. They have the best bread around. There are plenty of sandwiches to choose from. My daughter would eat there every day if I let her.

This place is a lifesaver… Jimmy John’s is freaky fast!
Not only are the sandwiches super dooper, but they deliver to my office very quick! I order my lunch a few times a month, online, and seriously, before I can even think about wondering where it is, it’s here!
I keep reading the reviews about them not getting their sandwiches in a bag… really?! That’s the complaint? I love that they save some trees, and this also cuts into their time of bagging your sandwiches when you can easily take them out of the store in your hand. Is it that much to carry? Oh, and you don’t like the bread? Then order wheat! They have other options, you just have to read the menu. They don’t take their time telling you all of that because they pride themselves on being super fast, and I respect that!
The sandwiches are basic but get the job done when you need something quick and yummy, with no frills!

I often grab lunch here at work – they deliver to my office, you can order online, and the delivery minimum is one sub!
Jimmy John’s is a chain and it doesn’t win any special points for its seating or atmosphere, but it’s one of my favorite chains. Service is super fast and no-​frills, which I like rather than finding problematic. You get a simple, tasty sub for a very good price. You can get a lettuce wrap instead of the tasty bread if you’re watching your carbs, too. While I don’t have any particular desire to sit in the restaurant and eat, I certainly do retain the desire to eat there. And they do have indoor and outdoor seating at this location, as well as being located next to a Starbucks with drive-​thru, if you are so inclined to stay there.

These folks are fast. They make just about any sub shop look slow. But that’s not really why I like to go here. For me and my wife, it’s all about the bread. Their french bread is very addictive.
My favorite subs are the vito (italian) and veggie subs, both with hot peppers.
The subs are big, you could easily get one and make 2 meals out of it, although I usually am not very successful at stopping after the first half.
They have unsweet tea, but do not have any artifical sweetener. Be sure to bring your own if you’re going to eat there.
They only have one style of chips, so if you want Sun Chips or Pretzels, again — bring your own.
They also cater — we’ve ordered subs for the Super Bowl and they went over very well — and deliver!

Jimmy John’s is literally the first name that comes to mind when trying to decide upon a good lunch or quick dinner food. If I’m not mistaken, if you aren’t a fan of the delightful french bread, then you CAN order the wheat bread substitute. That, and have the sandwich cut in half for you. Literally all you have to do is ask.
My favorite is the veggie sandwich (#6, most excellent). I haven’t deviated from my sandwich choice since my very first visit. Not even in any other eponymous establishment.
The service is moderately fast on a busier day, but when it’s you alone, the staff gets your sandwich done often times within the minute (or two). If I could ask for any other amenity to this place, it would be more seating. The Jimmy John’s on Hillsborough Street has two levels! Two! That needs to happen in Cary. (Then again, their outdoor seating is pretty awesome.) The proximity is excellent, it’s not way out where no one wants to travel. And hey, they deliver, AND you can order online! A plus for sure.
I have yet to be dissatisfied with any visit to this Jimmy John’s. I really do recommend going.
