Kelly Ritter, DDS MS

I took my son to Dr. Ritter for treatment 8+ years ago. Big mistake. 6 months into treatment he had a tooth bend way out of alignment. I figured it was part of the strategy of creating more space and our next month’s checkup was just a few days away. When she saw the tooth she brought him and his file to me in the lobby and very rudely explained his teeth weren’t cooperating and we’d best find another doctor. She even suggested one that wasn’t in this practice. I nicely refused to take the file because I’d spent 6 months making payments to her practice and expected them to complete the treatment or refund my money. The staff and other patients who were staring at her were just as shocked as I was. I called back the next day and scheduled a consultation with a more experienced doctor at that practice. He corrected the problem and finished treatment sooner than she originally promised. Obviously this was a long time ago. Hope she’s more professional and experienced by now. But inexcusable behavior like that is hard to forget!

Both of my kids see Dr. Kelly Ritter. She is wonderful and the staff is excellent as well. I would highly recommend this Orthodontist!!!
