If my child wasn’t so close to aging out, I would have pulled my child from the center; however I didn’t want to place them in a new center with only a few months to go. This place has really gone downhill. There are a few really great teachers and honestly I don’t know how they put up with the administration. The teachers are way under paid and under appreciated for what we pay in daycare. They have gone through at least 5 (it may even be more… I have lost track) directors in the time we have been there and the newest one… well I can’t believe she has lasted as long as she has. I have arrived twice in the past 4 months to hear that there was some accident/​incident with my child that I was never called on. One required me to take an urgent care visit at 5 pm on a Friday night. I was irate! This was not the teachers fault as their policy is that the teachers notify the administration and the administration calls the parents. Twice they failed to call me. Multiple times they have over charged me which created all kinds of problems. If I had another child I would definitely look elsewhere.

This location is going through transition. Recently they got both a new director and assistant director who, with time and corporate support, should be able to make the place better. Ultimately though, I had to pull my children from this center. They have a staffing problem– I’m not even sure how they obtained a five star rating because I wasn’t over impressed with the staff qualifications. My older child complained of boredom, my younger child came home in dirty clothes everyday. I thought my younger child was going through separation anxiety since he would cry when I left and run to me when I came to pick him up, but since he started his new daycare, he hasn’t fussed as much and doesn’t want to come home in the evening. Also, he doesn’t come home covered in lunch, which I appreciate. This was not the center for our family, but use your own judgement. I never thought my kids were neglected or in danger; the current infrastructure is lacking and with so many 5 star daycares in the area, I didn’t feel it necessary to «stay the course» with this place while they figure things out.

Just pulled my kid out of this day care! Strike 1: arrived to find him covered in spaghetti sauce at the end of the day — he sat in filthy clothes all afternoon (had a meeting with management to no avail). Strike 2: He was fed the wrong diet Strike 3: Arrived to find him in soiled clothes, had been this way for at least 2 hours.
Also, I would like to warn other parents that this «day care» appears to have regular teachers, but I’ve arrived several times to find my child in the care of students I’ve never met/​been introduced to (cheap labor???). AVOID. This is a very «corporate» poorly run daycare that has changed hands/​management several times since we’ve been there. These people care about $$$, not your child. Staff is unhappy and the place smells like old diapers.
