It was my first time to the store and all of the staff was wonderful. Mark took the time to explain how the pricing to buy jewelry worked. There was no pressure to buy anything or to sell my jewelry. I got a great price for my jewelry and he cleaned and repaired a ring for me on the spot! Definitely recommend!

I have not been able to wear my wedding rings comfortably for years due to my knuckles and fingers getting bigger after babies:(. I have two wedding bands that have channel set infinity diamonds. I went to our original jeweler who would not cut the bands and tried to sell me new bands. It was going to be pricy. At Mark Andrews, they were able to expand/​increase the ring size and did a beautiful job. Mark and his colleague took extra care when figuring out the correct size to increase the rings. I was super impressed and happy with the entire experience. I will be returning there for any jewelry needs and highly recommend them. –NW Cary resident

I needed batteries for a couple of watches and one needed a new band. I stopped in to Mark Andrews after reading the reviews on Unilocal. I was glad I did. I was in and out the door in about 5 minutes. And the cost for the services was VERY reasonable.

I’ve needed to have my engagement ring repaired for some time now. I had been to the big name jewelry stores and they wanted at least $ 400 to repair it! I read the Unilocal reviews and decided to try Mark Andrews. The staff was extremely friendly and they said they could repair it and clean it for $ 45 while I waited! My ring is perfect now and I certainly will be returning for my future repair needs and purchases. While I was waiting I checked out their selection of diamond stud earrings and the quality/​price that they offered seems like a good value after some comparison shopping. I will certainly be returning.

This jeweler is truly a hidden gem in an unassuming strip mall. I’d taken several watches to get new batteries before and had a great experience. So I came back with another watch and they offered to clean my ring. They noticed that the prongs on my ring were really worn down (I’ve been married for 11 years). So, I ended up getting a new prong set and my ring looks so lovely and better than new. They did all the work the same day! Just great!

I went to Mark Andrews Jewelers to try and get a battery replaced for my Casio Gshock watch. After the lady replaced the battery, the «Reset» button on the watch didn’t work! Since you actually need that button to set the time and use the stopwatch, I had them try to see what was wrong. The owner himself took a shot at it, but no matter what they did, the reset button was still not working. So of course they blamed it on me and tried to convince me the button was broken to begin with (even though I use it every single day, and had just used it THAT DAY). «Take it up with Casio,» I was told. Great. I was now stuck with a broken watch, even though they at least didn’t charge me anything.
Since this was my favorite watch, I decided to not give up on it and took it to Holland’s Jeweler’s a few minutes down the road in Apex. The gentleman there replaced the battery in about 5 minutes and lo and behold — the reset button worked again! I really have no idea what was going on at Mark Andrews, and I can’t vouch for their jewelry repair or prices, but I wouldn’t recommend getting a watch battery replaced there, that’s for sure.

I can’t sing enough praises for this jeweler. My fiancé and I got the perfect engagement ring. They were easy to work with, helpful and kept us informed as the casting and stone setting processes came along. Michelle is a joy to speak with! We will definitely be coming back to get our wedding bands from Mark Andrews!
